I decided to update Bron’s coloring again, but this’ll prolly be the closest I’ll get to his “canon” colors for his redesign I’m working on, for my LBT1 prequel-project im slowly preparing to make (& just his overall look In general)🎨;

Ik not much was “changed” but his belly coloring & eyes. But it works way better than his offical-canon coloring imo, plus I rlly like the idea he actually matches Momma’s look than resemble a random-longneck with 10% resemblance to match Littlefoot. But nah i officially love “chocolate” Bron as of now, frl.
An I love his updated-look so much, that I’ll still use his previous-coloring that’s way warmer in tone too, (but that’ll mostly be for brighter-scenes with more lighting).

Also I’m slowly learning how to use this editing-app that can help make videos,I found months back. So I can slowly learn how to do animation,ect. Which is pretty fun & interesting so far ngl. But danm,all upcoming the days of learning that shit step by step is gonna hurt like hell, I just know it lol. But danm it’ll be so dang worth it in the later-outcomes!! 😭🎉🎉💯%!!

(I even managed to make a small edited animation of Bron using my edits in the video editor app too). I couldn’t figure out how to slow his movements down anymore unfortunately, but least I’m learning little by little doing so. 🎬!!

But yea, next time I show him moving it’ll prolly be my own animations, cause I wanna explore my own strength’s & weaknesses that i have atm. Won’t be anything “BIG” cause I don’t know shit about making backgrounds move right now (dear lord). But I’ll get to it, all of it’ll be a painful process ether way for sure lmfaoo, 🍒🍁🦕. I also rlly wanna explore OC animations/animatics as-well. Cause I miss having fun like i used to enjoying myself doing my artworks & stuff!! 😭🎉🎉🎉🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾 by @artventer1998

But un-ironically Tameless was the most worked on Fury in both of em. But of course Toothless still gets lots of TLC too, cause the goofball deserves it ♥️🥰😌!!
I looked at his HTTYD1-2 look again so he still retains his cuter-face with the spaced-apart eyes (it’s kinda hard to see this) & besides his darker-scales that’s basically all I gave to him (unfortunately cause I couldn’t add his “tiger” markings here ether). But he still looks good here ether way imo. But Tameless obviously has hers (even though their more messy) because of the lighting ✨🐯✨🌈🌈🌈.

I rlly love the last shot of her tooo,it rlly shows off her anatomy here alongside how much she resembles Toothless but also doesn’t?? Lol,her tiny head & smaller-build has my heart in a chokehold 🥺🥰♥️!!! That last pic took me 3 days & it un-ironically is one of the few shots that required almost 100 something slides FOR TAMELESSS ALONE. She got a truck load of TLC but it was worth the night of sleep I lost during the 3-day creation period for her.

Sorry this isn’t a “giant” post;

But I’m definitely gonna try to get back into drawing again. Like actually go back into sketching territory again (hadn’t been able to for danm months & a year now) case I kept having bullcrap get in the way ✍🏾.
..
However thankfully I have the time (least as much as I can get). To actually do that again, i actually missed doing that too, especially my tiny animal-sketches (they were prolly my favorite thing about sketching). Cause those drawings were the easiest & helped me understand how some shapes worked in anatomy a lil better.

But YES, this post is about HTTYD cause I wanna jump back into that project again! Not nose-dive into it, but take a gentle stroll back into it?? I RLLY need to re-train my brain 🧠 anyways too (cause I hadn’t draw quadruped animals in a hot-while tooo). So IK that ima be kinda rusty 🧼🫧⚙️. But the small amount of mental-exercises by drawing small stuff again will definitely help out none the less 🎉🎉🎉🎉.

Also rewatching HTTYD2 after years (hadn’t seen it in full since 2015ish). Is what actually re-ignited my motivation this time, not just my own projects so yipeee that’s another win for motivation!!!!✨🏆 ✨

Anyways I’m Ngfl, this might also be my favorite recent-pic of Tameless, like i love how her tail-fins are way “simpler” here compared to what her tail actually looks like in the screenshots (in Screenshots it’s way more “arrow” shaped 🏹 then “heart” shaped 🪭) like Tooth’s tail is. But that’s one of the many details of her design i rlly love, she’s not a boring “clone” of Toothless who’s just way smaller. But she’s her own individual whose personality & design actually completes his.

Like two missing pieces of a puzzle 🧩 (with them both being missing-pieces). Also Toothless is just rounder & cuter here,I wanted his design to match his HTTYD1-2 look again respectively. (And I will always love that fun-idea to shreds whenever two characters actually match each other so much). It makes my heart scream with joy 🥰😭🤧!!✨💞✨

Enough gushy, enjoyment of these two bat goobers, their stripes were my favorite part! I actually tried a different method of coloring this time, so they’re not so “invisible” 🐯 (I mean they still are). But now there a bit darker, unfortunately it’s kinda hard asf to see em on the pics,so I had to zoom-in on em (sorry if they still can’t be seen). Might show better-pics of em later in my story’s feed.

And I swear to beaver-dams, once i actually paint these furies in my own art-style from scratch ima be so happy too, their stripes are gonna be so dang fun 🤧😭👏🏾👏🏾 !! Istfggg,these stupid jet-black,flying reptilian “tigers” are gonna take up the space in my heart one of these days too lolz.✨♥️✨

Finally another Update for my TLK2 AU/Rewritten-canon & TLK2½ prequel;

Gotta be completely frank asf??? I don’t want too but hear me out!!! Zira is the ONLY peep whose gonna die as a tragedy 🎭 . Nuka lives instead because the way his Arc is set-up is bittersweet & having her pass away with him finally getting his closure from her showing that she loved him,the whole time hits way harder (imo). Especially after I’ve built his arc up & his evolution into a better character is complete. I love her too but her Arc is far more interesting & developed in such a way I doubt keeping her alive for a super-duper “Yay,nobody died & everyone is happy” ahh ending just won’t work for me (sorry)🤧😭❤️‍🩹!!

I love all the development I’m giving her too,but the pay-off of her not dying at all kinda “defeats” her arc??? Yes,she also changes for the better but idk imo won’t make any sense fully, if there isn’t a tragic ending for any of em?? Yes,Msaada is there too (I gotta build him tf up again too) I got busy with life again so I had to put this AU on my back-burner.Fckk,I wanna spoil the story so badly too,like spoil the biggest-part of the story’s ending cause I have that part developed way more atm. But then that wouldn’t be FUN now would it ??😭?? Definitely gonna make WIPS for sure though. by @artventer1998

Okay first off the bat?? I absolutely loved everything about this TLG pilot, an i will die on the hill screaming how the Disney-Execs robbed this & said “NO” to this were crazy lol. Cause how & wdyfm “no this won’t work” ?? (Istfg the best pilots/ideas get scrapped way too many times for shows/movies imo 😔).
An then proceeded to redo a whole show/movie after rejecting the better-ideas,I get it not all ideas are accepted for movies/shows during early-development.But it’s still wild how the best-ideas are the ones that get dropped during that phase imo.

📝NOTE; I’m not here to start a “stupid war” just sharing my opinions & rant-slop that’s basically it lol. An just show my appreciation for this gem 💎.

Alright that outta the way, I adore this pilot & I’m sad I didn’t see it years ago (idk if it was even uploaded back in 2015-2016 at all on YT). But still happy as a pile of clams the creator & thier peeps are still uploading their works today. They’re still goated !!
I love how they designed the characters so muchh !😭!! Especially Bunga here, he actually looks like a honey-badger & I love his no-nonsense personality that’s shown here too, then Kion’s sass bounces off him perfectly too imo.

I understand why things get scrapped too, I work on my own projects & I scrap ideas I can’t work with all the time. But if it REALLY sticks the landing & it’s just “not what I’m looking for” I at-least still try to salvage whatever I liked the most about it, so I don’t throw the whole concept away.

Also something i personally hated for years now is how media (especially for kids) I’ve noticed is how the best-ideas for shows catered to em get scrapped in favor of “baby-slop” (I wanted to write even more but I’m outta space for the caption).
Also I literally would’ve been over the moon if I saw TLG like THIS as a kiddo. It almost feels like an early 2000’s gem 💎.

But here’s Some more Regular-show content,but it’s more of my alternate timeline because why not & cause I still love my alternative-canon for Mordecai & Rigby’s final character-growths,ect.

Yes,I made CJ older too (never thought I’d be able to successfully do so tbh). Not without ruining her face doing so.An ngl??
I personally didn’t vibe with Mordecai’s ending to his character-arc & I didn’t watch all of RG, btw but i remember I got to the later seasons, I think neat the beginning of the space-arc?? Before life got too busy to keep up with the show.

Also?? I think i got to the episodes where that stupid, forced Margret vs CJ love-triangle BS was almost at its worst. I hated that drama so badly in my early teen-years growing up lmfao (& it’s still my #1 reason WHY I can’t stand any love-triangles in stories anymore).

Sorry I’m off-track, anyways I rlly loved the idea of Mordecai’s kids being Hybrids but still making sense?? Thier OG designs just felt so odd because they were 90% blue-jay with 30% bat traits & no I didn’t like the random bat-lady he meets & then he married later in his life ether lol.

Idk, like no offense but why should I care for a character that randomly pops-up literally at the END of a series when another character (that’s been around since the later episodes). And who had far more development?? But that’s my own opinion on that can of worms 🪱.

As far Rigby & Eileen, thier whole fam is basically Racoon-Coati hybrids (yes she’s a coati). Too keep the rest of thier fam actually making even more sense. My favorite is thier golden-colored daughter ngl,bedsides her taller-sister.Their shorter kids are prolly in college ?? Then lastly High-Five Ghost’s & Celine’s fam,she & thier tallest son are the only edited there cause i didn’t like thier OG looks.

But yea? I’ll definitely make more older-CJ too, think I might go back to my RS-phase eventually too. Cause that show I made up half my later childhood’s best moments 😭!!

Ouch,NEVERMIND!! Alright, so now THIS’ll be my last alternative-poster I post for HTTYD3 for awhile,sorry I thought the last one I posted a few days ago recently would be my last one ☝🏾;

Anywho?? Ngl. This has gotta be my best pic of Tameless so far (poster-wise) imo. Cause it shows her whole body instead of a portion of it. She’s still smaller than Toothless here (maybe slightly even more than him) but it’s kinda harder to notice?? I love the dimorphism-differences they both have to shreds nonetheless. Cause she’s not significantly altered in her design here ether,other then being a sitting-pose. Toothless just looks closer in looks to the previous-poster where him & Tame’s have their wings unfurled. His markings are just slightly different.✨🐯✨

I kinda “messed-up” Tame’s wing a little (I kinda smudged it) & forgot to fix it last second,but she’s all good,it’s barely noticeable 🤣🥹😌.And also Tooth’s design doesn’t look 100% like the other poster ether but imo he actually looks better,lil’ more polished here as-well, compared to the older-poster (which is only a month old I think)??? Also ngl?? I’m kinda mad Tameless’ face can’t be any longer in this pic,or else it’ll kinda ruin all the details on her face. Cause making her face look “exactly” like how she looks in screenshots for HTTYD3 & then going back,altering her details to look as crisp again afterwards,wouldn’t had been very fun imo..🤧. But her face being rounder then Toothless’ face is still 💯/💯% completely accurate. 👌🏾

Anyways I rlly like how the whole pic came out nonetheless. Toothless was barely changed at all. Only his snout was “fixed” cause oh boi from that OG angle his face looks it got chopped in half?? Ik that’s how some objects look when they’re at the angle too, but no I didn’t like it??? 😭❤️‍🩹.

As for Tameless again, only other part I added to her was eye-lids because without em she looked weird. Then for Hiccup & Astrid?? They’re literally left unchanged lmfaoo 💝 by @artventer1998

Anyways;

I love how Mumble’s design still looks perfect even in the PS2 game-model for the HF game. Especially how he can still look like Gloria but still retain everything that still makes him stand out. In he’s not his usual Teal-Blue here but he still looks good nonetheless imo, especially his cheese-golden neck & chest markings!!✨💖✨

Gloria’s Model is in here as-well for a better comparison of their models. And off-topic but she looks so goofy,why is she “bug-eyed”??? Like the rest of the penguins had normal eyes 👀?? Idk,I thought it was funny nonetheless. Also the more I look at Mumblr the more I see he’s got more traits from his Mother
then his father ?? Specifically his belly-markings & his ear-patches, but i can still she he got his tail-traits,face & wider-chest from Memphis.🥺!!
(I might post more pics of his adult-design’s game-model eventually, but I’ll do it when I have the spare-time for it) when things in my life have finally calmed down👌🏾.

Also I don’t own the pics on slides 9-10 the credit goes to the 3d/2d artist Phillip Whiteley & ANIMAL-LOGIC & then the game-models came from a website where you can find HD gane-models from various old-games 🎮. And those credits for the HappyFeet 2006 Penguin-models seen on slides 6,7 & 11 were found & uploaded to said website by the user BillyGaming964,years ago. by @artventer1998

The fury-family!! Part 1; Cause I’ll eventually draw them too, so their have more needed TLC that they deserve so I can actually design/develop their kids/ Tameless into their own individuals more 🎨✨🤧✨!!!
But this current-post is mostly for Tameless & the kids;

Originally I made Tameless’ ROB™️ design back in 2025 at some point, but I recently decided her design needed an upgrade, so she fits HTTYD’s “dragon-rules” way better !! So Now she resembles a Noghtfury from the 2010 era respectively, even sporting the blue-coloration seen in older-pics of the Nightfury when HTTYD1 was using it’s older, original renders for em. Not much was changed from her OG look except her eyes pop-out way more & her tail & wings do too. Her whole look is perfect though & this’ll prolly be her final redesign for ROB™️.

An ironically if her game-model was officially in ROB™️?? Ik her model would’ve been smaller or larger then Toothless (prolly as big as Midnight is at Max-Lvl) Respectively
✨🤘🏾✨. Now onto their redesigned/rehauled-kids!! Not “much” was changed for em except they’re now just 100% NightFuries so they actually make sense (the hybrid-route imo was executed terribly & I will die on that hill,cause Tooth’s species would’ve 100% gone extinct from it 🥀).

Anyways?? I’m actually satisfied now cause their colorations can actually work in the wilds! Especially Pouncer who’s the most vulnerable, but thnx to his grey-scales (it’s hard to notice here). He can still camouflage successfully (he’s gotta be my favorite of the 3 ngl). Then there’s just the lad himself Toothless ✨🥹✨Lmfaoo. by @artventer1998

This’ll prolly be my “last” big-pic with editing for awhile.But I rlly loved the end-result of this one nonetheless ✨🥹✨!!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Cause my irl needs are annoying as a rapid-rockslide destroying a river.Anyways Ik “not much” was significantly done here,but there’s only so much that one can do for a character of they can’t make em from scratch, with so much quality in a rapid session. But again the came out lovely & I had some fun so that’s a win 🏆!!

Alright back to the post itself!! Gotta admit making Tameless this time wasn’t as “hard” as she used to be,compared to how she was handled in the past. She still has her noticeable differences from Toothless (though from her angle it’s kinda hard to tell). But for Toothless he was barely touched up, except for his face & his eyes, cause that’s all I could do for him 😭 (I swear I’ll give him more TLC once I can draw/paint him 🥺)🎨. Whilst Tameless was made from my “scratch-method” by recycling Tooth’s parts for her ✨🥹✨.

(Also sorry her face & stuff look so “blurry” if I made her anymore sharper in HD-quality then she’d be ruined). I wanted to make her HD quality match Toothless as much ad possible.

But anywho,hope my next posts later on can now finally be able to start drawings or even paintings, but whichever it’ll be I’ll figure it out 😌👌🏾. I just Gotta lotta trash happening irl atm I gotta get fight through, but I’ll definitely make time for it for sure!!
