Meet the Team: As the founder of Arty Inc, I’ve combined my lifelong passion for creativity with years of experience in education. From classroom teacher to depute head, and then lecturer in teacher training - I’ve always believed in the power of learning through creativity. Starting these children’s art classes was a dream rooted in everything I’ve seen over the years: that when children are given the space to explore and express themselves through art, incredible things happen. This isn’t just about painting or drawing- it’s about confidence, imagination, and joy. I’m so proud to be building something that celebrates every child’s unique voice, one brushstroke at a time. We are always thinking of new ways at Arty Inc to get our young artists motivated and enthused about what they are painting. Wishing our talented Arty inc teacher Leigh an amazing trip to Australia as she sets off this week. She is a brilliant primary teacher in Scottish schools, and an art educator at Arty Inc. She has a real talent for making art fun and accessible for every child,encouraging them to be confident, creative and proud of their work. Her passion for teaching really shines through and she has a natural ability to connect with her pupils and inspire them.
