BLUEBELL AND WOODLAND ABSTRACTS: It's always wonderful to experience bluebells, woodlands and birdsong during spring. Here is a trio of bluebell themed abstracts, photographed using a slow shutter speed and intentional camera movement (ICM); I love this technique, which allows me to create unique, abstract impressions of bluebells, vibrant green woodlands and spring light. This image is one from my archive and was created at RSPB Minsmere, in Suffolk. #bluebells #springwoodland #bluebellabstracts by @artyjackie

STARLING MURMURATIONS THREE ❤️Starlings are amazing! Individual birds make many sounds; they are intriguing to listen to and observe. However, it is possible to witness one of nature's most amazing shows when huge numbers of these birds fly together in a murmuration. Whilst in the air, they make incredible shapes, like the trio I am posting here. These images are from my February archive and were taken at RSPB Minsmere, in Suffolk, UK. If you get the chance to witness a murmuration near you, I would highly recommend this wildlife experience! I would love to know which is your favourite image in this trio. STARLING MURMURATIONS TWO: Starlings are amazing! Individual birds make many sounds; they are intriguing to listen to and observe. However, it is possible to witness one of nature's most amazing shows when huge numbers of these birds fly together in a murmuration.
