As I proudly clutch my personal fitness trainer certificate, I can't help but reflect on the incredible journey that brought me here. It is the belief that was deep within me but never discovered until now. It's not just about mastering form, shedding pounds, or shaping diets; it's about tapping into the rhythm of your mind and persevering through dietary challenges. I started, I struggled. I struggled, I feared. I feared, I paused but never stopped. Today's success is also not solely mine; it's a testament to the guidance and wisdom of my mentor. His shear belief in a not-so-serious-beginner. That's what defines a true trainer, and I am forever grateful to @aristidembomni for being that guiding light. Together, we've transformed not only my life but my well-being . Let's keep this journey going! 💪🙌 #CertifiedTrainer #Grateful #FitnessJourney

Patanjali Yoga Sutras which is a tremendous document on life starts with this half-sentence
“AND NOW YOGA”

Yoga means to be in a union or merge into this cosmos or creation. The inherent human longing to expand and explore can only be settled when you merge yourself into this cosmos.
Today on #internationalyogaday drop all your conclusion and opinion about you and everything around you and merge into one being #consiousbeing

Not running away.
Just arriving
to solitude, to celebration, to a place that feels like a second heartbeat.
I came here in 2023 chasing winter sun.
March 2025, my third return now a ritual, each stay longer than the last.
Corralejo and every thing I do. #see uh soon taken in Corralejo, Fuerteventura - Islas Canarias by @arunganwar
