It’s an honour to maintain two hats for another year. This couldn’t be achieved without the strength of the front- and back-of-house teams working together with the drive, passion and care that they do, our suppliers, those behind the scenes and our incredible guests. by @arurestaurant

In our fifth year of operation, we are humbled to retain three glasses in the 2026 @auswinelistoftheyear Awards. An exceptional beverage experience is never the work of one person. This recognition belongs to everyone who has contributed to the shape, depth and breadth of our wine list and beverage program since we opened — from those who have built it, to those who continue to care for it every day. The delivery of this program would also not be possible without the rest of the team on the floor, in the kitchen, and behind the scenes. The best programs are better than the sum of their parts: shaped by knowledge, curiosity, generosity and a shared commitment to giving our guests something meaningful in the glass. We’re incredibly grateful to our team, our suppliers, producers and everyone who has helped make this list what it is. Five years in, it remains a privilege to keep building it together. by @arurestaurant

Now pouring by-the-glass: 2021 Domaine Marion Mothe Notes of vibrant green apple, lemon zest, and white peach are grounded by a distinct oyster shell minerality which is best enjoyed with our seafood-based snacks: oysters dressed in dill oil; yellowfin tuna with radish and shiso; and spanner crab toast. by @arurestaurant
