Almost a week after I got this tattoo! Designed by @gicatam and inked by @gigiebear . Loved it so much that it made me reflect which turned into a whole series haha. 🥹

I don’t think I’m the biggest astrohoe out here but it’s been part of my process in understanding myself. Like finding a person you really relate to, I appreciate the sense of familiarity astrology provides.

Like what tarot readers always say: “Take what resonates and leave what doesn’t or you may take nothing at all!”

Sometimes, horoscopes can be eerily accurate and at times can be a stretch. In filtering what resonates from what doesn’t you are able to understand yourself more. And in doing that you are able to form your own description of what an Aquarius (or whatever sign pa yan) is.

So thank you to everyone who helped me with this series! To google, my friends, co aquarians, to Gica, and Gigie thank you hihi.

In my attempt to understand what an Aquarius is, I’m able to understand what kind of an Aquarius I am. ♒️

For a lot of queer people, that’s when a second adolescence begins. A phase of discovering yourself, making up for lost experiences, and learning who you are on your own terms. It’s exciting, messy, beautiful, and sometimes a little scary. But definitely a universal experience!
