FINALLY GOT SHOW PHOTOS WOOO

Paragraph time!

My dear Orpheus,
It’s hard to put into words how much this role has meant to me. Hadestown holds a special place in my heart, and there will always be a yearner in me. As my final ITMP show, this was an unforgettable way to end things with a bang. Even though I’m already a month into college, I’m still reminded of Orpheus from time to time. He taught me to see the world with an open heart and find beauty and light in unexpected places.

I’m deeply grateful to the entire production team for the hard work and dedication it took to bring this show to life in less than two weeks. Even with the setbacks we faced on show day, I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. This role challenged me, pushed me to take creative risks, and helped me explore parts of myself I might never have discovered otherwise.

A special thank you to @inthemittenproductions for an unforgettable 13 years, and to Kim for taking a chance on me. Thank you to the production team, especially @_just_jamee_ and Liz, for helping me find my inner Orpheus. Thank you, @maliahlhigh, for being a great choreographer and reminding me to be a man. Thank you, @pjparker2076, for sticking around and playing with me. It was an honor to share the stage with you one last time.

And to my dear Eurydice, @elizabethleepalmerr thank you for being such a wonderful scene partner. You’re so talented, and you shine every time you’re onstage. Always stay true to yourself and your art, I know you’ll go far.

Finally, thank you to my wonderful parents. If you’ve read this far, thank you for introducing me to community theater. It gave me another home, gave my life meaning, and introduced me to the career I want to pursue. I couldn't be more grateful to you.

Thank you for a trip to the Underworld Hadestown you will be missed…

Xoxo, Arya 🌹
