Two months of consistency. 🤎

For about 2 months, I wore my Colombian shapewear every single day for around 10–12 hours — usually from about 8–9 AM until 6 PM — as part of my postpartum body routine.

Beyond the visible difference in my waist and belly, one of my favorite benefits has been the support. It helps me stay more aware of my posture and gives my core and postpartum belly extra support throughout the day.

As a mom, I also appreciate that the compression can provide a feeling of support around my midsection while I work on rebuilding my core properly. (Shapewear doesn’t heal diastasis recti, but it can provide external support.)
