This summer, I've had the incredible opportunity to be a part of @activateministry, a 9-week ministry internship hosted by @bethelworld. Through this experience, I've been trained in apologetics, worship, youth and kids ministry, evangelism, and more. But beyond the training, God has been transforming my heart. For years, I said I knew Christ. I was even baptized on January 25, 2025. But if I'm being completely honest, there were still areas of my life that weren't surrendered to Him. I was double-minded. I wanted God, but I also wanted control. I wanted His promises without fully trusting Him with everything. Over these last four weeks, something has changed. I've come to know Jesus not only as my Savior, but as my Lord. I've experienced a freedom that I can't fully put into words. A joy that doesn't depend on circumstances. A peace that doesn't make sense. For so long I was searching for things that only Christ could give me, and now I'm learning what it means to truly trust Him and walk with Him every day. God has shown me that He is faithful. He is my provider. He is enough. Because of what God has done in my life, I've made the decision to rededicate my life to Christ, and on July 12th, I'll be getting baptized. All glory to Him. Every bit of it. If He can transform my heart, He can transform anyone's. "Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts."
Hebrews 4:7 As I continue this journey, I'm stepping out in faith and asking for support. I'm currently raising funds to help cover this internship experience. If 50 people gave just $20, I would be fully funded. More than anything, I would appreciate your prayers. Pray that God continues to grow me, use me, and draw me closer to Him. If you feel led to give or share this post, I would be so grateful. Thank you for being a part of what God is doing in my life. I can't wait to see what He has in store.
