🥳 I graduated from the North Carolina School of Advanced bodywork to pursue becoming a Massage Therapist

I wouldn’t be Nia if I didn’t document the Journey 🎞️ 📹 unhinged & unfiltered

June 2025, I began Massage therapy school. I knew when I got the text book it wasn’t nothing to be played with. My teachers are so phenomenal in how they teach, in a way that’s Unique to them. This school Stretched me while also bringing me Closer to Myself. I started out in day class but switched to nights at the half way mark. The later half of school turned up, and my personal life started to say *mink, mink, mink* 👊🏾 haha, on my darkest day tho I found a silver lining at school. It was the 1 thing I looked forward to as I navigated heavy emotions. When I started actually putting hands on bodies in clinic something clicked, and kept clicking. I’m suppose to be here. I’m Soul Grateful for this Experience, I met some Amazing ppl and friends along the way. Shoutout to Bailey cuz we really been thug’n it the whole way through, we started together and finished together, just Us 2✨ This was my longest commitment since leaving the military. To the girl who can love instant gratification, being in school where I had to physically show up, helped me slow down and see things through. I saw it through. Between test, trades, blindfold massages, working overnight, tryna have a social life and do whatever I wanted lol, I did that. I’m Proud of Me.

To My Wonderful Friends Especially the ones I talked through frequently on this Journey Thankyou !
To my My Mom & Family who support me or have in the past, Thankyou. To anyone who’s allowed me to practice on them, Thankyou. To anyone who wants to pursue something New and Pivot, do it. Just make sure you moving from a Pure place and with Integrity ✨

Life Lately ✨

My Favorite highlights from this post are Amanda visiting Charlotte for the first time & Me being in 7ft unassisted! Like hello ?! A week before that I was holding my breath and panicking. Swimming is an act of surrendering forreal forreal, I’m excited to really get my skills up in the waters.

Summer has officially started and the goal is to get blacker 🍫

March put so much into Perspective for me, it’s Forever Thank You God 🥹🩵 he’s so intentional in the way he speaks to me, the way he positions the people in my life to cover, encourage, and love Me. I pray I’m able to give the love back 10 fold because it’s so deserved, to the ones who’ve traversed this season with me and Know me forreal, I Thank you with my whole heart ❤️ KNOW THAT YOU ARE LOVED
