I just want to say thank you to all my friends and family who came out to support us at @asado_toronto. It truly means the world to see so many familiar faces enjoying something we’ve worked so hard to build.

Every ticket purchased, every post shared, every conversation and word of encouragement reminds us that we’re not alone. Building something from scratch isn’t always easy, but having all of you behind us makes it worthwhile.

What an unforgettable weekend at the Asado Festival! @asado_toronto 🔥✨ Spending two full days surrounded by the incredible energy, food, and music of my community was unmatched.
.
Returning as a vendor was amazing.. the support for small businesses was beautiful, and connecting with everyone made it even better. To top it all off, a live performance by @ninaskyofficial was the great soundtrack to a great weekend! 🎶🤎

Tried some authentic Spanish paella from an Ecuadorian spot called @lafiestato

Every spoonful was a nice balance of seafood and perfectly seasoned rice. A true taste of Spain with Ecuadorian touch.

Asado brought the heat to Assembly Park 🔥

The grills were going, the plates were full, and the park was buzzing from start to finish. A perfect mix of flavour, friends, and summer energy right here in the neighbourhood.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of stopping by @asado_toronto Latin Food Festival.
