This is really easy to make and diet friendly for most!
Just a guideline but it works if your looking to get leaner.
Lots of volume for relatively few calories in this one!
Do your own serving size
Check the macro nutrients on the ingredients and decide your own portions. .
I believe in you and so does Google 😌

Cheese & Mushroom Omlette Sandwhich repost 😁

When you breakfast . .

Do it well 💪🏾

What you'll need: 🤔

- Your mind
- Your body
- The will to use both
&
- Eggs

Everything else is optional!!
From ingredients to the amount you use.
▪
- Tortilla
- Eggs
- Mushrooms: any (chestnuts are my fav but didn't use here)
- Cheese (I used vegan)
- Ham or choice of meat
- Hummus 50g (stuff is dangerous)
- Leaves to garnish: ANY

Don't over think this stuff it's easy

For keto just swap the tortilla for more eggs 💪🏾

Method:

● Beat eggs, add to pan with oil or butter of choice, (don't forget to track the MACROS ie. Protein fat carbs per blah blah.)
● Add filling of choice, place tortilla on top of eggs in pan,
● Cook on low until eggs are done,
● Flip
● Add more filling if desired: cheese etc
● Fold
● Flip again
● Remove from pan
● Garnish
● Enjoy
