Kanna’s grandfather was a florist for 60 years. Floral foam was part of his everyday work, but he also lived with the risks. 😔

Meet Kanna Ecklund, the founder of ASAICHI 🌻

She comes from three generations of florists. Some of her earliest memories are in her grandfather’s flower shop watching him arrange and squeezing floral foam just for fun (not knowing what it really is). His name was Asaichi.

After losing him to cancer, she learned what floral foam is actually made of. So she set out to build a safer alternative, for florists and the planet.

It started from scratch. No technical background, just a business student who cared deeply. More than 200 formulations later, ASAICHI is real.
