Workshops are not about being perfect.
They’re about learning‼️

I notice it so often, people getting frustrated with themselves when something doesn’t work right away. Getting sad, instead of laughing it off and trying again. And honestly… I catch myself doing the exact same thing sometimes.

But that’s part of it.
We all mess up.

There are so many factors that play into that frustration…
Wanting to be the best in the room.
Feeling like you can’t keep up with others.
Wanting to get that “perfect” video at the end.
Or feeling like you’re missing the moment if it’s not going perfectly.

I think the real art of being a dancer isn’t just about technique or picking things up fast. It’s about how you treat yourself in those moments. It’s about respecting yourself enough to understand that it’s okay not to get it immediately.

If you don’t get a choreography after one hour, that’s not a failure.
It’s proof that you’re actually learning.

Maybe it doesn’t click today.
But it might tomorrow.

Respect your process.
You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be!😮‍💨
