Hi, I’m Asa. 🫶🏽🤎

I wanted to reintroduce myself because the diva I was last year is not the same one typing this caption today. 2025 was a transformative year that completely rebuilt me.

I went through heartbreak. I changed my relationship with my body. I had to face parts of myself I avoided for years. The biggest shift was realizing that I am nothing without community. My humor is how I survive. My empathy is not a weakness. My queerness is not something to fear.

As a son of Mexican immigrants and as a queer man raised in a religious environment, I have spent years trying to find belonging. I have struggled with body image, dating men (tragic), family acceptance and the pressure to be perfect. Now I am choosing to be radically authentic even when it is messy. AND yes, I KNOW I’m messy sometimes (plz don’t insert a bottom joke.)

I am here to build a space where queer people feel seen and loved and able to laugh at the chaos of it all. If you are new here, welcome to the little corner of the internet where we talk shit, laugh, cry and overshare together.

If you want to be entertained, or get into some deeper shit like hearing me unpack religious trauma or my unhealthy relationship with sex apps, hit follow and join me. #gayman #westhollywood #LGBTQCreator #humor #community taken in West Hollywood, California by @asavaquera

A Beverly Hills mansion pool, a workout class, protein drinks and enough buff gays to humble me immediately.

10/10 would attend gay bootcamp again. Thanks @DavidProtein for letting me and @evanharris1097 be silly. 💙

Surprised my ex bf / roommate with a little love at his send-off dinner 🥹 I’ll miss constantly annoying him, but I’m so proud to watch him walk into the life he’s been building.

He thought we were all writing down our own accomplishments… but every single one was about him. 🤫🎂

Your friendly reminder to surprise your people and show up for the ones you love. ❤️🫶🏽
