What are you thankful for? As we kick off our new sermon series, Thank You, Jesus, we asked some of our Ascend family to share what they’re grateful for. From answered prayers to the people God has placed in our lives, we all have a reason to give thanks. May we never get so caught up in what we’re praying for next that we forget to thank Him for what He’s already done. Thank You, Jesus, for all You have done, all You are doing, and all You have yet to do. #ThankYouJesus #AscendChurch #Gratitude #Thanksgiving #ChurchCommunity by @ascendchurchnc

A few beautiful faces of Ascend Church. Some have been here since the beginning, and some are just finding their place in our church family. Some are walking through seasons of grief, while others are celebrating answered prayers. Some are just beginning their walk with Jesus, while others have followed Him for years. Different stories, different seasons, different generations, all brought together by the same Jesus. This is the beauty of the Church. #churchfamily #waxhawnc #waxhawchurch #weddingtonchurch #ascendchurch by @ascendchurchnc
Happy Pastor Appreciation Month! On behalf of Ascend Church, we want to take a moment to honor you. Pastor John and Rebecca, Pastor Rocky and Daniela, and Pastor Patrice and Olga. We love and admire your faithfulness and your dedication. We see how you continually pour yourselves out for God’s people and care for His children. Today, we honor you. We appreciate you, and we love you. Our prayer is that the heart of the Great Shepherd, Jesus Himself, will always be the greatest example of shepherding for each of you. Psalm 23 — A Psalm of David “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Pastors, thank you again for your hearts, your faithfulness, your sacrifices, and your love for this house. We honor you, we appreciate you, and we love you. #pastorappreciation #waxhawchurch #community #thankful #pastors by @ascendchurchnc

“so what brought you here?” 🤍 Honestly, there’s something special about doing life together. Worshipping together, praying for one another, growing in faith, and having people around you who genuinely care. We don’t take what God is building here for granted, and we’re so thankful for every person who is a part of this community. If you’re in the Charlotte, Fort Mill, or Indian Land area and looking for a church, come join us this Sunday! We’d love to meet you. 🤍 #AscendChurch #CharlotteNCChurch #FortMillSC #IndianLandSC #ChurchCommunity by @ascendchurchnc
At His feet. Before His throne. We lay it all down. Prayer is not our last resort; it’s our first response. Join us as we seek His presence, intercede for our families, our church, and our city, and come together in unity. If you’re in Fort Mill, Indian land or surrounding areas, we’d love to pray with you and for you. There’s a place for you here. 📍8160 Regent Pkwy, Fort Mill, SC 29715 🕊️ Monday nights at 7 PM “Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge.” — Psalm 62:8 (NLT) Come as you are.
