For six years, Wichita State University’s student agencies have served as umbrella organizations, supporting smaller RSOs and representing marginalized and underserved communities across campus. Through leadership programs, educational initiatives, and community-building events, these agencies have played a critical role in enhancing student engagement and fostering a sense of belonging. With the introduction of SB 68-146, the structure, funding, and advising of these agencies may change. Despite these potential changes, our commitment to providing meaningful opportunities, resources, and leadership development for students remains steadfast. As conversations, policies, and practices continue to change, many undocumented students and families may be navigating uncertainty or seeking clarity about available support. On a college campus, moments like these highlight the importance of access to reliable information, supportive connections, and spaces where students feel informed and cared for. Sharing resources can help reduce confusion and ensure individuals know where to turn for guidance. ASC and HALO are committed to sharing resources intended to support undocumented students and their families. This information is provided to promote awareness, connection, and access to campus and community support services. Now more than ever, it is important for us to stand united. Our goal is to help ensure members of our community feel informed and supported as they navigate evolving circumstances. by @ascwsu
