✨🍝 I made baked tortellini using my new favorite Gluten free pasta by @taste_republic AD.

The tortellini tastes amazing and the cooking instructions are super simple!👩🏿‍🍳

I just boiled it for 3 minutes, and added the pasta to my vegetable/meat sauce mixture, and then I baked it for 8 minutes with mozzarella cheese on top. 😋

Other gluten free pastas I’ve tried had a gummy texture or an interesting aftertaste, but that wasn’t the case at all with the @taste_republic tortellini noodles. They are perfect 😍

I’d you’d like to try them, or any of the other products they offer you can pick them up at your local @wholefoods or you can purchase them on their website ☺️

Angel baby 😇🤍✨. I’m reposting all of my favorite Halloween costumes, because they’re too cute not to lol.

Happy Thursday beautiful people! Let’s finish this week with renewed and positive energy!
Say this energy cleansing mantra with me!

✨I am a vessel of light and positivity. With each breath, I release stagnancy, and all of the energies that are less than love. Help me free my body from what is no longer serving me. I release any fears, doubts and negative thoughts that may be holding me back. And I welcome positive new experiences and abundance into my life. I will move with confidence because I put my trust in God. I am strong, capable and ready for the beautiful future I am manifesting.

“You’re so lucky you look like that…”

The luck:
Early mornings. Consistency. Discipline. Movement on days I didn’t feel like it. 🏃🏾‍♀️💨
I wish it was luck lol. Yes, genetics play a part—but without discipline, I’d look nothing like this.

Training with intention, fueling my body, and actually tracking what I eat is what changed everything for me.

Send me a message if you’re interested in a workout and meal plan. I’d love to help you achieve your fitness goals 😊

🎃 In honor of Halloween being 16 days a way, I’m sharing my favorite costumes of the past.

✨I payed homage to
the beautiful Selena Quintanilla. Here’s a silly little video of me dancing to one of my fav songs of hers!💜

Who should I dress up as this year?? 🤔

✨Don’t dim your light for anyone— instead shine so wondrously and magnificently bright that the light you emit only illuminates those around you.

When you boldly show up as your authentic self, you encourage others to do the same.

Sending love and positive energy your way! I hope you had a great day ☺️

Just reppin’ for my brown brothers and sisters. ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼 United we rise, divided we fall. 🫶🏿

It’s so funny how many people give me high fives when I wear this shirt, like I’m making some big statement haha. When they ask why I’m wearing it, I tell them the truth… I just love Mexican people, Mexican food and Spanish music lol ❤️🇲🇽

I can be so dramatic and animated sometimes haha 😂
But this song’s a monster. Gotta put ya whole body into it lol.

Don’t take me seriously lol—just being free and having fun

Me to myself when I do my daily mirror affirmations lol.
This trend is cute, but this is really how I’ve learned to talk to myself. ✨
The words you choose to say to yourself will become your inner dialogue, and can deeply effect your self concept.

Having a positive self concept will help you thrive in so many ways, and will allow you to maneuver through life confidently.

The verbiage you use will either slowly tear you down or gradually build you up.

So make sure the words you’re saying are loving, kind, and uplifting. Be your biggest cheerleader, not your own worst enemy❤️

✨Sometimes all it takes is a moment of stillness to recognize just how blessed we truly are.

The answered prayers.
The protection we didn’t even know we needed.
The doors He closed for our good.
The grace that carried us through seasons we thought we couldn’t endure.

Yes I know life isn’t perfect, but God has been faithful and consistent through every season. 🤍

Take a moment today to look around, meditate, breathe deeply, and remember: you are deeply loved, deeply covered, and extremely blessed.

Type AMEN in the comments if God has been good to you. 🥰🙏🏿
