First Hyrox completed with @omartinez85 ! What an experience! Competing, pushing our physical boundaries, and feeling the love and support from family and friends!

Thank you @f45coach_shauna and @f45_training_cyfairwest for all the time invested in preparing us to be the best versions ourselves on competition day!

Happy Mother’s Day @afanch22 !!!

Mothers are superhero’s that should be celebrated everyday! Mothers are selfless givers! Mothers give their bodies, pour their love into their children, and exhaust their energy for their kids!

@afanch22 completely embodies what a perfect mother should be and our kids love her for it daily! Allison is patient when I’m frustrated, Allison has energy when I’m tired, and Allison exhibits strength when I can’t.

He’s driven by the purpose and passion to impact young athletes through sports, while also developing a genuine connection with those athletes and students by demanding them to be better - he exhibits love, kindness, and gives you the vision of your best self!

Coach Eaton and #TeamEaton are receiving the highest praise, in my personal opinion - recognition from peers for the impact he’s had in Coaching and Teaching. He was able to make such a difference because he had the belief, support, patience, and love from his beautiful family!

St Luke’s Hospital Vintage Park Half Marathon Complete ✅

What an experience! I had a goal to complete a half marathon by January 2026 and was inspired by a person at the gym to achieve it earlier!

There are so many people behind the scene that help you achieve your goals, but my wife @afanch22 being a ROCK, being so supportive, immersing herself into the running culture researching shoes, gels, training programs, watching the kids on my long runs! None of this would’ve been possible without her!

So much of my family woke up early to cheer me on and scream encouraging words - @mz_sexton @gabbyluvsyooh @chanteee_s @hollywoodcrooks @iam_jasmineee @ting.rnb

Former OSU COWGIRL 🤠 @tae32wise drove down to run with me 💪🏽 and we had a blast!

#ThrowbackThursday 20 years ago I was honored with Houston Touchdown Club Defensive Player of the Year! With Love and Support from my parents and sisters along with the tremendous coaching and guidance from the Cypress Falls staff and team success we experienced that year I was able to represent the Eagles proudly 🦅!

A night I will never forget!

Shoutout to my fellow finalist @_miketbrown for going into the archives and sharing this highlight!
