The new liquid reservoir port now allows you to add your favorite liquids to the ASF liquid reservoir chamber without opening the lid to your smoker!

A liquid chamber in a BBQ smoker provides several benefits to the cooking process. The primary benefit is that it adds moisture to the cooking environment, which helps to keep the meat moist during the cooking process. As the liquid in the chamber heats up and evaporates, it creates steam that infuses the meat with flavor and keeps it from drying out. Additionally, the liquid can be infused with different flavors, such as beer, wine, or fruit juices, to add an extra layer of flavor to the meat. Another benefit of a liquid chamber is that it can act as a heat sink, helping to regulate the temperature inside the smoker. By filling the chamber with water or another liquid, you can help to stabilize the temperature and prevent large fluctuations that can affect the cooking process. by @asfsmokers
