Some time with dad - Casa Bonita, Manitou, & Estes!

You are always thinking of others and cherish your friendships so they last a loooong time. I don’t think you would be here today without the community you built in Chicago! You are the reason I learned how to work hard, working is a privilege. How to not be a victim to the cruelty in life and how to ALWAYS take care of myself (so very important for women to learn). I walk away from what isn’t for me because of you. I learned it’s possible to break generational cycles because of you. You’re funny, easy going, thoughtful, accountable. Your eyes light up whenever there is a sweet treat around or a good song plays. After your treatments, you have a different body where things are a bit harder but gosh, you still love to explore the world! Having you here is the greatest gift I was ever given.

Congrats Meg and Kyle on closing one chapter and starting your next! We were able to get their home sold significantly quicker and for a higher price than other homes in their neighborhood during a difficult sellers market. Then, we had an absolutely magical purchase with my favorite colleague, @homeswithalissa ! Her seller took the BEST care of this home since 1996 and made owner updates like heated floors in the bathrooms, a Thermador range, and a backyard dreams are made of. A well loved & secure home I’d want for any buyers.

We have been on this journey together for over two years, searching for the right place for Lainie and Dylan to begin their next chapter! When we started - competition was fierce, prices were high and there was little room for negotiation.

✨ a lil bit of life, a lil bit of love ✨

almost $3,800,000 in sales in the last 6 months, I truly can’t believe it.

I worked SO hard and shed many tears to get here.

I chose this path because of love. Loving people. Helping people transition. Whether with joy or grief, we are vessels for people to move through into their next chapter.

It’s not easy- you HAVE to be emotionally regulated in order to guide people appropriately and represent them well. You have to set aside what you are going through in your personal life to provide for others. I also chose this path because I wanted this challenge.
