As a mum, it’s so easy to focus on everyone else that my own wellness often ends up at the bottom of the list. So lately, I’ve been trying to be a little more intentional about looking after myself too. ❤️

One simple change I’ve been making is paying a little more attention to my gut health, especially since a healthy gut plays an important role in supporting everyday immunity.

Just another day of mum life with my little footballers. And here are my handy essentials from @scarlettsupermarket for my boys after their football lessons.

They always come out sweaty and sticky after their lessons, so C&S Cooling Wipes are really handy for a quick freshen-up before we head home. They especially love the cooling feel (3°C cooling), after being out in the heat. They are individually wrapped, large-sized and alcohol-free, with fruity peach or grape scents.

Then it is home, shower, and time to freshen up all their sweaty football clothes. Straight into the wash with Jessgood Camellia Laundry Liquid.

And that's pretty much it. All fresh, clean and done!

It was time for a hair refresh, so I decided to try the Garnier Color Naturals K-Glow Creamy Nudes in the Milk Tea shade 🤎

I really like how the color turned out, vibrant with a nice glossy finish. Plus, it is ammonia-free, so there wasn’t that any strong chemical smell while coloring. It is also infused with 3 nourishing oils (almond, avocado and olive oils), leaving my hair feeling softer and smoother after dyeing.

POV: You send your kids to science camp for the Sep school hols, and they come home talking non-stop about all the things they created and experiments they did that day.

@newtonshow_camp Autumn Science 2.0 was such a fun hands-on camp for my boys. They weren't just watching science happen, they were building, experimenting, mixing, creating and getting wonderfully messy along the way. Every day brought a new adventure as they explored different science themes throughout the week. From exciting chemistry experiments to engineering challenges to glow-in-the-dark wonders and so much more, the activities were designed to make science fun and interactive so learning feels more like play than a lesson.
