✨ Pole dancing is timeless. ✨
Different decades. Different stories. Different journeys. But one thing in common: the joy, confidence and strength that comes from moving our bodies in a way that makes us feel powerful.

Pole has never been about age. It has always been about expression, community, and discovering what you’re capable of.
And that looks beautiful at every stage of life. 🤍💎

INTRODUCING LUCY FUR
Pole is Lucy Fur’s happy place! It’s challenging but rewarding and she loves the people she has met along the way. Her ultimate pole goal is to combo bird of paradise into broken split to spatchcock, then she can retire, 😜 by @ash__savage

I think I've got #pdpegasus now!!
I tried on and off for so long with this, im a slow learner but I've learnt to accept this.
Stoked I can get into it easily now.

Thankyou so much @melgrace_ for the jams today and to the beautiful @pollen_bee_abby for just being you, you're such a perfect soul.
Have had a very inconsistent few months with pole thru various reasons and am chuffed I smashed thru a heap of moves today.
Had only ever done this once before, not spinning and without shoes
