MY S T O R Y….

Everyone has one.. big or small doesn’t matter use it to help others because there is always another soul praying for help 🙏🏼🫶🏼

As a little girl my dad was my biggest role model. Watching him impact little kids by playing the sport he loved made me only fall in love with soccer and wanting to inspire others as well.

He taught me do what you love, and everything else will fall into place and never give up on yourself…

My goal was to follow into his footsteps and continue the Caligiuri legacy. Being a Hall of Famer daughter, someone who changed the game of soccer and made history …I had a huge shoes to fill and live up to.

In spring of 2012 I just finished my second year of college soccer and was planning on trying out for the women’s national team.
But little did I know that wasn’t what God had planned for me …

I got in a car accident that spring and soccer was no longer in the picture for me. It was really hard for me to accept and same time I felt the most loss, disappointed, embarrassed I’ve ever felt in my life.

The only thing that kept me going was a quote that I have tatted on my arm now,

“If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it” and to this day I live by that quote.

So I chose to pick up the pieces and turn to the second thing that I love which was fitness and shortly after that is when I started my training business.

Over the years, it’s been a different and new platform for me to grow and inspire, and touch other souls to become the best version of themselves.

My goal in sharing my story is that I inspire as many people as I can, and to remind them to never give up, and to always keep striving forward, you have a purpose, you are worthy, and there’s always much bigger plans set forth for us, that we don’t even know.

We have to remember that we are constantly being guided and redirected every day of our lives to serve our purpose here on earth whatever you do, never give up and keep going.
