Priming legs ready for massing phase

Leg session 1
Focus on posterior at the start as it my weak area. Finish on quads.

Legs session 2 start with quads finish on posterior

Goal is to get as strong and big as possible from end of November until may and go into prep avoiding injury of course 😵‍💫 by @ash_classicphysique

Post show physique update

Sitting at 90kg

Possibly doing NABBA classic physique end of October if I can make the logistics work.

Or I reverse back out into a epic rebound and look to compete again early next year

Posing sessions are booked this will not be overlooked this time or the midsection control.

My routine

Song was chosen last minute 😆

Was basic didn't really have timing with music but I can say im proud of the physique i brought to the stage and that was the main goal.

This is the look after multiple check ins with the boss. In terms of fullness, just manipulation of water and sodium etc to get drier.
