I had a radical encounter with Jesus 2 months after that photo was taken on the left. I’m still in shock and awe of how He literally transformed my entire life. Everything shifted and continues to shift toward Heaven’s perspective.

The old me was a professional faker. Broken in a million ways, wearing a mask and white knuckling my way through life. Full of self hatred, sin, rebellion, fear, panic, gossip, hate, lust, and drowning myself in alcohol to numb the pain.

When I look at the old me, I can hardly believe who I used to be. It’s painful to remember the trauma, both what was done to me and what I did to others.

But God, being so rich in mercy, saved my life and set me on a narrow path. He cleansed me, body, soul and spirit. He delivered me, healed me, restored me and made me NEW.

At our ministry retreat this past weekend, we encouraged everyone to take a before photo because the difference is often so apparent after deliverance and inner healing. The eyes are the gateway to the soul, and the light of Christ pours out of people’s eyes when He sets them free.

I know because I’ve lived it.

And the transformation didn’t stop with one encounter. It has been a continued yes. Continued surrender. Allowing Him to expose, heal, cleanse and transform whatever doesn’t look like Him.

This is why I will never preach a watered down Gospel. I know what repentance, surrender, deliverance, healing and the power of the Holy Spirit did in my life.

Jesus still saves.
Jesus still heals.
Jesus still delivers.
Jesus still sets captives free.

I am living proof.

2018 to 2026. Only Jesus. 🤍

I’m thankful for a million little and big things, but today I’m most thankful for the redemption of my family.

In hindsight seeing how the hand of God perfectly orchestrated the healing process is incredible. I don’t wish it on anyone but I would do it all again to be where we are. The intentionality of our Creator is amazing. I’ll sing praises to Him all of my days for so many things but the one thing I’ve prayed He’d never let me forget is the redemption story of our marriage and the healing process of a healthy family.

If your marriage is broken, God can redeem it. If your family is divided, God can restore it. If your children are far from God or you, He is pursuing them to come home. If you don’t have a family yet, God is still working.

Believe in the impossible because with God ALL things are possible. He’s faithful. ♥️ He is a supernatural God and His plan is to prosper us, not to harm. Let your faith arise today.

Sometimes we need to slow down to speed up. We learn how to walk with God and hear His voice by being in His presence so I encourage you to get in His presence. Do whatever it takes… Because once you’re there, it’ll be all you ever need.

God's love is the most powerful, transformative, healing agent in the world. He loves you. Be blessed today and pray bold, audacious prayers. Watch what He does 😊♥️

And if no one has told you lately, you’re a gift to the world. You are loved, friend.

2020 changed everything for us. We lost our income and eventually used every penny we had saved just to survive.

Between my side hustles and serving in full time ministry, I don’t bring in much income. Martin’s work has always been what we’ve depended on financially.

We prayed like crazy, and God provided, just like He always does!

We worked hard, paid off our debt, started rebuilding, and then somehow found ourselves financially starting over AGAIN! 🤪

But I refuse to believe this is where our story ends!

I’m on a mission with two BIG goals!

1. Pay off every penny of debt and finally get our heads above water for GOOD!
2. Retire my husband so we can enjoy the life we’ve worked so hard for!

We’re not in our 20s anymore, and starting over in midlife is NO JOKE! But neither is my determination!

I’m stepping outside my comfort zone, trying new things, learning as I go, and trusting God with every step.

I’m sharing this journey because I know we’re not the only ones rebuilding. Life doesn’t always go according to plan, but that doesn’t mean God is finished writing our story!

I genuinely believe our best days are still ahead of us!

We celebrated big for our baby! How is she already 21?! A day full of fun at the spa and dinner at a beautiful restaurant, but the sweetest part was simply being with her.

She is so easy to love! 💕

This girl stole my heart many moons ago, and today we celebrate our baby turning 21! What an absolute joy it has been to be her momma and her friend. I thank God every day for the gift of her life.

Watching the gospel advance is so special but this one is extra sweet. Martin and I couldn’t hold back the tears.

We have fun literally doing nothing. ☺️ Marriage is the greatest! I love my Sug’ and our throwback song-alongs.

70’s rock will always be special to me. It’s so nostalgic. I was raised by hippies, and their love of music runs deep in my bones. It’s wild that I can still remember all their favorite songs and somehow know every word…ish. 😁

Some things just stick with you. 🎸🎶
