At some point living near the ocean went from being a nice bonus to something I genuinely don’t think I can give up 😂 Being able to walk down to the water after work, catch a sunset on a random night, or just drive by the harbor and see sailboats out has become such a normal part of life. Could I live somewhere cheaper? 100%. But I fear I’ve gotten way too used to this lol

If you've been interested in moving to Newport Beach & want to chat- DM me! 🤗

friendly reminder: 20% down is not a rule!!! And you may not need to wait until you have it saved to buy a home....

There are so many different loan programs and down payment options out there depending on your situation. Sometimes putting less down and getting into the market sooner just makes more sense 🏡

If you want to talk to a lender about what your options actually look like...DM me! I have some great ones I can connect you with 🤍

And if homeownership is a goal but you’re not totally sure how to get there or where to even start, I made a simple guide to help you get ready to buy ... linked in my bio! 📲

Everywhere has its own homeownership realities ➡️ In Texas you’re thinking about foundation movement and hail...in colder states it’s frozen pipes and freeze-thaw damage... in Florida it’s hurricanes and moisture damage… and near the coast, we have our own list!
Things wear a little faster, older homes can come with a few surprises, and renovating isn’t always as straightforward as you’d think. Nothing crazy... just things you learn to factor in when you live this close to the coast.

Still worth it? I think the ocean being down the street makes a pretty convincing argument. 🤷🏼‍♀️

More happy first-time buyers. 🤍🏡
These two knew they wanted to plant roots in a great neighborhood and get into the market sooner rather than later...and they made it happen!!! So much fun to work with and became friends along the way, which is one of the best parts of this job.

Huge congratulations to Monica & Scott! So excited for their next chapter and all the nights they'll get to host friends in the backyard they've been dreaming about. Thanks for trusting me with such a special milestone. 🥂
