Their smiles upon receiving those new backpacks made every single mile to Aceh Tamiang completely worth it. 🎒✨
Together with Asha Indonesia, we had the privilege of handing out school supplies new bags, notebooks, and essential stationery to help these bright young minds kick off the new semester. What may seem like a simple gesture to us means the world to them as they set out to chase their biggest dreams.
May every fresh page they turn and every backpack they carry on their shoulders be the start of a much brighter future. So deeply grateful to everyone who played a part in making this happen. 🤍🌱#dobrinarodindonesia #acehtamiang #aceh #fyp #volunteer taken in Rantau Pauh, Rantau, Aceh Tamiang by @ashaedu.id

Cities aren't structures; cities are people.. so, as 'AKAMSI'.. lets commit ourselves to public service & the greater good, rather than just expecting benefits from the city!

Always a morning pleasure to catch up with neighbors and help them run the free health center for babies, toddlers & the elderly.
Anyway, we dont necessarily have to take picture, but when we do, we do it right! ;)

#education isn't about getting degrees, having high marks or graduating from universities alone, but being honed with morals & values of life as well. True knowledge & enlightenment are collective and cannot be fully achieved for one person until they are secured for everyone.

In short, education is a fundamental human right. It empowers individuals, strengthens communities and fosters inclusive societies. By all means.. A well-educated populace is the bedrock of a functioning democracy. Perhaps, Indonesia's dark age now is because our government is not democratic enough or 'legowo' to have an educated, just and wealthy nation.

In recent conditions, the future of education is getting worse. In most remote areas in Indonesia, particularly in Aceh, all are at a standstill and #children are paying the price. Ecological disaster and flood don't just damage the land, but also cut off education access. Together with Dobri Narod Indonesia and Asha, we are trying to safeguard childrens' education in Aceh and other affected areas.

Assalamualaikum..
Burung merpati terbang ke awan,
Hinggap sebentar di pohon jati.
Hari ini kita saling memaafkan,
Semoga hati kembali suci.

Ke pasar membeli ketupat,
Jangan lupa membeli rendang.
Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri para kerabat,
Sambut kemenangan dengan hati yang lapang.

Let the spirit of Eid fill our heart with kindness.

May the Almighty bring ease to those facing hardship, healing to those in pain & light to every heart that is seeking comfort. Amiin Allahuma aamiin..❤️😇

Ramadhan Kareem 1447H..
This holy month is not a competition of who does more. It's a return to who you truly are, gentler.. softer and closer to Allah.

Take care of each other during Ramadhan❤️
Kindly donate to BSI Dobri Narod Indonesia 7700780017 and we will share the happiness to our brothers & sisters in Aceh.

May Allah purify our heart & make us among the forgiven.
Amiin amiin YRA. taken in Aceh by @ashaedu.id
