For 14 years, Eeyore filled my life with love, laughter and the right amount of chaos.

He believed every cardboard box was made for him. Every tent belonged to him. A ziplock bag was somehow the greatest toy ever invented and Amazon bags were gold. Eeyore made the simplest things treasures.

As soon as that sun came up - you begged to go outside. On hot summer days, you loved rolling on the warm cement. Before every drink of water, you danced in front of the bowl.
Your love for belly rubs and your strange obsession with salt and vinegar chips. The tiniest tail on such a big cat - proof that someone really did pin the wrong tail on the donkey. Your big ears on such a small head. Your unmistakable walk, and the sound of your nails tapping down the hallway - are all things I will forever miss.

From the day I brought you home, you and Tigger shared a bond that was impossible to miss. You always seemed happiest surrounded by your fur family. I wish we’d had more time to grow even closer, but I’m so grateful you spent your life being everyone’s best fur friend.

Thank you for every laugh, every silly habit, every knee buckling head butt, every purr, and every moment that made every place we lived together feel like home. Thank you for being you, Big Man.
Life won’t be the same without you. I know I’ll find you everywhere in my thoughts and wishing to see you in your favourite places. Every beam of sunshine I will always see you in it and I will forever wish I could hear you yelling at me to let you outside one more time.

Run free my Big Man.. I hope Piglet was there to greet you with open paws and I know Gordo, Muffin and Matilda will like to see you too. Make sure to protect them all and look out for Bella - you will have a solid pack of friends to love up there too I promise.
