What if the resistance you feel is not you being resisted, but you moving through that resistance?

What if your perspective of what resistance is, determines whether you move through that block or false belief that once held you back and grow from it, or, allow that resistance to keep you where you are, only for it to keep showing up, again and again.

When we no longer allow fear and worry to stop us from living the life we vision for ourselves, we are no longer denying our power.

My daughter said this to me while watching Blippi and I automatically felt this truth. The fear of rising isn’t really about the height, it’s about the identity shift it demands. About who you have to become when you let yourself elevate.
Growth requires letting go of what’s familiar. Not clinging to the ground you’ve always known, even when it’s no longer serving you.

And sometimes, the scariest part isn’t the fall. It’s realizing you’re no longer willing to stay small.
