‎“To the people telling me to forgive my mother for what she did, how do you all expect me to forgive her?

‎In 2015, her friend connected me to a job in Surulere, and my monthly salary was ₦15,000. My mother secretly told her friend to help her collect my salary for five years without telling me.
‎
‎She never informed me about it and ended up collecting a total of ₦900,000 from where I was working.
‎
‎After I finished working for one year, I asked for my salary, but the woman told me to continue working and that she would pay me later. The following year, she repeated the same thing. That was when things started becoming clearer to me.

‎To cut the long story short, I served that woman for five years. When I got home and confr0nted my mother, asking why she would do such a thing without letting me know, the next thing she said was, ‘Leave my house.’ She disowned me as her child.
