I am beyond proud of this girl! 👏👏👏

A few weeks ago her orthopedic doctor and physical therapists put her on a “Walk to Run” 🏃‍♀️ program to continue to rehab her knee! Yesterday marked the beginning of week 4 and she ran 12 minutes without stopping! (30 mins total, 4x a week) 🙌🤩 I remember the first week even ONE minute felt hard for me, and she could barely lift her legs off the ground to run! Shes coming soooo far & continues to push herself past what she thought she was capable of! 💪 She’s pushing me too! 😘 #mariahshealingjourney #thecomeback #kneedislocation #walktorun by @ashbreitag8715
