Dinner at Andrés DC in Bogota, Colombia. A cool Colombian restaurant with a wholeeee lot of decorations and the biggest drink menu I’ve ever seen.

We got a sweet cheese arepa and an egg and cheese arepa to start. I liked the cheese and egg one more personally. The sweet one tasted like a pancake with cheese melted. You could really taste with corn in the arepa though.

We got a traditional mixed platter with chorizo, avocado, ground beef, rice, arepa, beans, and sweet plantains. It was good, honestly the perfect meal for me. Lots of protein and good sides. There was also these three sauces they give you, one was chimichurri, one was the tomato/ bruschetta esk salsa, and a spicy one. They were incredible and paired well with all the food.

Overall a cool experience and got to try traditional Colombian food. 8.1/10 by @asher_eats_all

Throwback to a weekend in Zurich, Switzerland with @pakkkkap

First meal after the flight and a dip in the lake was a fire sausage with salad and of course a beer.

Along the way we stopped at multiple cafes and cool bars along the water for some drinks. We also explored some markets and went to the coolest city wide EDM festival. The entire city was shut down and there were floats with music and dancers along with 10 different stages.

One of the coolest weekends ever. 10/10! Shot out Parker again for the first class… by @asher_eats_all

Throwback to some good eats and adventures over the summer in Colorado!!!

Went on a 10 day adventure to Boulder and Dillon to hike and explore with some friends.

First picture is some eggs with cheese and spinach for breakfast.

Second picture is a fire dinner of steak, chicken, and a gas broccoli and cheese pasta Izzy made.

After that Izzy and I went to go adventure with the 10th mountain hut division and spent a night in one of their huts and moved probably a ton of wood (not actually but more than I’ve ever seen). Went on some runs (which kicked my ass, congratulations to Izzy and Marley on their half and full marathon!) and on a boat as well.

Dinner at 12 Chairs, a Mediterranean restaurant in Manhattan.

I got the lamb kebab which was actually really good. It had a nice crunch with the pita which was on the bottom and was more like a pizza than a wrap. The lamb itself was seasoned well and the sauce gave it a nice spice kick.

Also tried the beat salad with goat cheese which was really good. Very refreshing and balanced flavors.

Also tried the chicken schnitzel pita. It was solid but there was some sauce at the bottom that you only got on the last two bites. The tomato and cucumber salad it came with was a nice addition though.

Overall a cool place with good vibes and good food. 8/10

We’re back!!! Breakfast at M&G restaurant, a classic diner in the Bronx.

After a long night it definitely was the perfect breakfast. Got the Spanish omelette with hash browns and a coffee. Nothing crazy about how it tasted but a perfect breakfast for what it was and pretty cheap, especially for New York.

Last day in Singapore/ first day in Thailand!!

1. Breakfast at toast box. A breakfast sandwich place with great coffee. I like the idea of dipping your bread in soft boiled eggs too and the melted cheese with ham was good. 7.9/10

2. Katsu soba noodles. These were fantastic! The noodles and chicken were seasoned well and the broth on the side so so rich and flavorful. 8.8/10

3. Post run freshly squeezed orange juice. So sweet and refreshing.

4. Amex lounge at the Singapore airport. Nice way to start the trip to Thailand with some free drinks and food.

5. Too of the Hangover bar. The drinks were hella expensive but just like the marina bay sands, worth it for the views and vibes.

6. Toasty from 7/11. Holy shit the hype is so worth it. This was crunch and cheesy and melty in the best ways possible. Am gonna 100% get it again. 9.0/10

Overall a good way to wrap up Singapore and a great start to Thailand! by @asher_eats_all

Singapore day 4!

1. Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu for breakfast which was amazing! The steak was nice and flavorful with great sides to dip in like a soft boiled egg and curry. There were also ladies coming around with extra sides in little woven baskets which was hilarious as well. 8.6/10

2. A spider bread roll with ham and cheese in it. The topping was like a sweet crunchy cheese almost which added a bunch but it was not as good as the egg and ham on sweet bread from the other day. 7.9/10

3. Went to a Japanese knife shop and talked with the owners for like 30 minutes about knifes. This is his friend’s knife he made which was beautiful and they make the handles in house too.

4. In Arab town there was a big festival going on and I got a kabob. It was fine. 6.0/10

5. Late night eats at a 24/7 hawker center. I got a plethora of food from bao buns to egg rolls to dumplings. All were actually pretty tasty but what wouldn’t be at 12am after a night out. 8.0/10

Overall a good day of exploring with some really good parts. by @asher_eats_all

Singapore day 3!

1. Cappuccino at a random hotel overlooking the Maria bay sands. Great coffee but way too expensive lol.

2. Chicken rice at a hawker market. Not as good as the first one I had but still very flavorful. 7.4/10

3-5. Dinner from 15 Stanford, a restaurant by the hotel we stayed at. Overall the salad and tofu were good and it felt nice to have some light food/ healthy ish food. The fried chicken with rice was alright. Not bad but nothing crazy. 7.4/10

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Tried a bunch of stuff and nothing was amazing but nothing was bad. Typical buffet breakfast but it was free so hey I can’t complain. 7.1/10

Overall a less genuine day but not bad. Got to explore and started the show white lotus since I’m going to Thailand soon… by @asher_eats_all

Day 1 in Singapore!

1. We feasteddddd at the hawker market from crazy rich Asians. We got chili crab, green beans, dumplings, butter chicken, naan, chicken wings, and more. The tops dishes were the dumplings, butter chicken, and green beans. 8.4/10 on taste, 100\10 experience.

2. The first hawker market I went to right after getting off the plane and got a signature soup with egg, fish, dumpling, beef with a thick noodle. It was actually really good for 8am and a good start. 7.9/10

3. Honestly the best bite of the day! The roast chicken (without rice because I had already eaten a meal). It was so flavorful and melt in your mouth. Would honestly get it every meal. 9.1/10

4. Dumpling soup with pork. The dumplings were amazing and the broth had a nice flavor. I really liked the glass noodles with it as well. The side soup was also amazing. 8.6/10

5. Black kway teow from what supposedly is a Michelin start restaurant but let’s be honest I think they played me. No shot it’s got a star. The noodles had a great texture and taste but nothing special. 7.6/10

6. Rooftop of the Mariana bay sands for drinks was one do the coolest views and experiences ever! While it was also the most expensive drink ever it was well worth it. A must try when in Singapore.

Overall a great first day with even more food to come! by @asher_eats_all

Post beach volleyball sandwiches at Norma’s deli.

Got the prosciutto and ricotta on focaccia bread with arugula. This sandwich was a little disappointing I won’t lie. The bites with toppings were great however there were only two of them and then the rest was just bread.

Also got a classic Italian style sandwich. Again it looked better than it tasted. Too much bread and it was a little dry. They added pickles too which was an interesting take but I actually liked the addition a lot.

Overall this place was a bit expensive and looked better than it tasted. A cool vibe though and happy to try after playing beach volleyball for a couple hours. 5.5/10 by @asher_eats_all

Lunch and late night music at Queens Wharf Hotel in Newcastle NSW. Really fresh food and a fun nightlife with live music all the time.

Got the fried squid salad for lunch which was amazing! The salad was like a papaya and carrot Vietnamese salad with the sweet dressing. The squid was fried perfectly with a nice salt content and the sauce was a great horseradish mayo. A good serving of it too.

All through the day and night on weekends there are live bands outside as well which was a fun time. Definitely an older crowd but still fun.

Overall great food and vibes right on the water. 9.0/10 by @asher_eats_all
