Man, it’s so crazy how time passes by. I remember like it was yesterday having my first-ever boxing fight and thinking at the time that I had all the time in the world! Fast forward many years later 🥴—I’m old, finishing up my last fight and wondering where all that time has gone.

As much as I am ready to hang up the gloves, it's crazy to think this is it and that I'll never be able to get back the experiences gained through this wicked sport as a boxer! Boxing has taught me so much, and I have gained another family through the people I have met over the years.

One of the biggest things I will miss is my coach. The valuable time I got to spend with him has been incredible. Henry has taught me so much, not just in boxing but in life—everyone who knows him understands his heart and knows he’s one of the real ones! Coach, thank you for everything you have done for me and my family over the years. 🙏🏽

I’m stoked to get the win Saturday night against a bloody tough opponent and walk away with the belt. To everyone who has supported me over the years, THANK YOU; it doesn't go unnoticed! To my haters, thank you 🙏🏽—I’m always up for a bare-knuckle fight if you’re keen! 🫣😂😂

To my corner crew, absolute legends 🙏🏽: @lioneltaito , brother, thank you for having my back, uce. I appreciate you massively; I honestly see you as a brother!

@annacollie82 , you keep standing up and showing that there isn’t anything you can’t do! From taking over many of my classes at the gym while I was away in Aus to becoming the head coach of the KB 6022 team and promoting one of our most successful CotC events ever while working your 9-5 is honestly unreal! You’ve helped keep me in check with my preparation 🙏🏽. You’re one of the hardest workers I know, and you just get stuck in without any hesitation! I’ve honestly won the lottery with you, babe. Forever grateful 🙏🏽—time to relax and enjoy our summer! Love ya, pal. ❤️

Crazy how time has passed us by so quickly!

MEET BETTY 💃 (The Retro Caravan)

If you’ve been following my story, you would know I’ve been on a bit of a mission restoring Betty, the Retro Caravan. If you didn’t know, now you do! ☺️ I’m pretty stoked on how she’s turned out! 🙌🏽

Here’s the good news! I didn’t just restore this old girl for my own use; you can use her too! Whether you want to take her on holiday, need me to drop her off at a cool location, or are looking for a spare bedroom, Betty is for you! From July 20th until the end of August, I will be hiring her out to friends on my social media pages at a heavily discounted rate—only $50 per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Betty has a full solar setup, so she can be run off-grid. The solar power system supplies power to the internal lights, fridge/freezer, TV, internal fold out dining table. There are also two gas burners for cooking, along with charging ports for phones and laptops.

Betty also has a lead that can be plugged directly into the mains, giving you full power access to everything, including the microwave.

Betty is a 4-berth caravan. I have purchased a new high-quality foam double mattress, and it also has two comfortable single sofa beds. Linen is supplied for an additional $30 fee, along with basic cutlery, tea, and coffee. by @asherderbyshire

🥊 4-Week Boxing Fundamentals Programme with coach @asherderbyshire

Starting Tuesday, 13th July, we are kicking off a 4-week Boxing Fundamentals Program. Perfect way to get fit while learning the fundamentals of boxing 🥊

This small group programme is limited to just 10 spots, allowing coach to work closely with each person and help you build a strong foundation in boxing. This is open to anyone and everyone about the age of 16.

Throughout the programme you’ll learn the core fundamentals of boxing, including:
• Correct stance
• Footwork
• Punching technique

You’ll also get a great workout and plenty of sweat along the way! 💪 This is open to all levels!

This is perfect for the people wanting to do Clash of the Codes 6

Programme Details

📍 Venue: Wellington Boxing Gym – City
11 Hunter Street, CBD
(Heaps of free parking available at that time)

📅 Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ Time: 6:00am – 6:45am

RUMBLE - CONNOR 🥇

Connor made his @wellingtonboxinggym debut lastweekend and he did it in style. 🔥 straight focused from the walk in, we saw Connor come away with a first round stoppage against another young talent. Aggressive from the start, the intensity stay throughout the fight.

Connor has a big future and we can't wait to see how it shapes out! Congrats on the debut win champ!
