🥹❤️ In case nobody has reminded you lately, this is your reminder.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to be strong every single day. And you don’t have to be perfect to make a difference in someone’s life.

Sometimes, it’s the little things you do without thinking twice that mean the most to someone else. The way you show up, the way you care, the way you keep going even when life feels heavy. ❤️

So if you’ve been giving everyone else grace lately, please remember to give yourself some, too. You deserve the same kindness you give to everyone around you. 🥹🤍

Send this to someone who needs the reminder that they’re a 100/10. 🫶🏼

I know my grid is normally 98% hair serums and styling tips, but I interrupt this routine to present the only fluff I can't live without.

Life doesn’t always need to be productive. Sometimes you just need to put your phone down, take a deep breath, and enjoy the moment you’re actually living. 🖤

The emails can wait. The messages can wait. The world can wait.
This moment won’t. ✨

A little reminder for the moms who are building dreams while raising little humans. ❤️

Some days we're the cheerleader, the taxi driver, the snack maker, the homework helper, the business owner, and the person holding everything together.

We're building something for ourselves while teaching our kids what it looks like to believe in themselves, work hard, get back up, and never give up.

And maybe the greatest thing we can give them isn't a perfect life. It's showing them what's possible when you keep showing up. ❤️

Here's to raising strong kids while becoming stronger women.

Tag a mama who's doing both. She deserves the reminder. 🫶

If I was dealing with thinning hair, breakage, or just wanted to get my hair HEALTHY again, these are the products I'd be reaching for first! 🤎

I used to think having longer, fuller hair was just something I wasn't meant to have.

My hair was breaking, I wasn't seeing the growth I wanted, and I honestly didn't know where to start.

Fast forward to my own hair journey and I can tell you, consistency matters!

Here's what I've added to my routine:

✨ Daily: My IR Clinical Growth Serum. Just 5 drops a day, right on my scalp. Less than a minute!

✨ Wash days: A shampoo and conditioner routine focused on scalp and hair health.

✨ Extra love: Rejuvabeads to help protect my hair and keep those ends looking healthy.

The biggest thing I've learned? It's not just about growing LONG hair. It's about growing HEALTHY hair and keeping the length you're working so hard for.

And before anyone asks, NO extensions. This is my real hair afrer aboutl 180-days of consistency 🥹

If thinning, breakage, or growing your hair is something you're struggling with, I'd love to help you find a routine that makes sense for YOU.

the secret is… i finally learned that not everyone deserves access to me. 😂💅🏼

some people got blocked, some got deleted, and some got promoted to strangers. 🤭✌🏼

and suddenly… life got a whole lot more peaceful. 🫶🏼😂

tell me you’ve cleaned out your contacts without telling me. 👀🤣

girl to girl 🤎🫶🏼

you are allowed to spend money on yourself, too.

on the hair products that make you feel beautiful. on the skincare that makes you feel confident. on the little things that help you feel like YOURSELF again. ✨

because being a mom, a partner, or the person everyone depends on doesn't mean you have to stop showing up for YOU.

and if you're the girl who never buys herself anything because you're always taking care of everyone else… maybe this is your reminder that you deserve to be spoiled, too. 🥹🤎

🎁 and if you know a girl like that? maybe she deserves something that makes HER feel special this holiday season.

you deserve to feel good about the woman you see in the mirror TODAY. 🤍

tell me, girl… are you the one who needs the reminder, or the one who loves spoiling everyone else? 🫶🏼

my social battery said “we’re closed” HOURS ago, but apparently life didn’t get the memo. 😭😂

and now we’re turning the clocks back this weekend, which means it’ll feel like bedtime before i’ve even recovered from the day. 🫠🍂

mentally? already in pajamas. physically? still pretending i have it together. 😂

WHO APPROVED DARKNESS AT 5PM?! because bestie… WE ARE NOT READY. 😭👇🏼
