Being an educator can be tough, but my wife inspires me to be a better teacher every day.
Megan was recently announced as the teacher of the year at Morro Bay High School, and it is so deserving! Kids are excited to take her classes, and she works tirelessly to engage all students as the ASB director. She seriously never stops.

This year, one of Megan’s students was accepted into UCSD, but she has been on the fence about leaving the Central Coast. Megan volunteered to host and drive her down to San Diego this weekend to tour her around town and campus while I am still decompressing from this last week of teaching. Happy birthday, beautiful Megan! You are an amazing wife, the most caring mother, creative teacher, and best friend that I could have ever wished for. You adventure with us in the cold even when you would rather be in the sun, and you handle being stranded for hours with a camera in hand while we surf.
