INTERNATIONAL DANCE DAY

Grateful to be able to move like this. Hallelujah.
Grateful to be able to teach. Hallelujah.

Grateful for dance. Hallelujah.

The year is 2006. You just got home from school so you grab a Sunny D from the fridge turn on MTV. Carson Daly just announced the guest artist on TRL: a new group with burlesque roots, The Pussycat Dolls (PCD). Life is good.

Last night was a whole vibe at our first Millennial Club Night! 3 hours of dancing and jumping and hands up in the air. Already thinking about the hits going on our playlist for next time. by @ashfizz_dance

🎶 To the WINDOW, to the WALL- now let's hope we don't all fall!

In 2 weeks we're bringing 2000s club vibes to New Heights! We'll kick off the night learning some choreo to "Buttons" and then enjoy a curated playlist to bring you back to a time where you could get low...and still get up. 🤣

You do NOT have to be a millennial to pull up — if you love the 2000s vibe, you’re in 😏
BYOB and some good vibes and we'll have you dancing and then home in bed by 11pm
