In 2020 Covid hit hard, Taking two of my loved ones back to back in my already small immediate family, I got into alkaline and Veganism heavy, I invented the world’s first 48 hour detox/cleanse/fast supporter In June of 2020 , I tried it for myself and lost 15 lbs in two weeks barely working out. Honestly I thought the world was ready for it, over 100 people tried my product and it had a 98% success rate, however due to lack of support and inconsistency, I discontinued my product and focused on my own fitness journey, I was pretty consistent throughout the years of 2020- 2023 and as a man I really don’t wanna provide excuses but somehow I ended up going from 245 pounds to 304 pounds in the course of a year. A combination of depression, trying to save everybody else and take on their problems, along with being on a spiritual journey, led me here to gain the weight, I believe. Im not posting this for anybody to feel sorry for me. I just wanna show y’all what inconsistency looks like and to tell y’all stop being everyone’s hero. Put yourself first, lock in with your goals, and dont take no shit😌🔥🚀☀️
