What you feed yourself shows up everywhere…

In your skin
In your energy
In your mood

Nourishment should be constant, like water moving through a river!

….and as a result you will feel whole, energised and glow from the inside out✨🤌🏽

This piece is a reminder to fill yourself with good things to feel good & to look good👀😮‍💨🧚🏼 by @ashjaidedesigns

Sunseekers new and old🌞✨

For anyone just landing here, this is ashjaide design.

Earthy, coastal folk, a little sun drenched art made for people who feel most like themselves outside and eating good!

I paint all things aligning with wholesome living, slow growth, nourishing foods, botanicals, the oceans trinkets~ things that don’t need to be perfect to be beautiful.

if you’re new here …welcome🫶🏽i’m glad you’re here.

If you’ve been around a while🤘🏾thanks for sticking with it while my lil dream comes together and forever evolves🌷

More art & exciting collections coming soon👀🧚🏻‍♂️

Glad your here along for the ride🐚

…But make it gurllyyyyy

Im imagining this pattern on fabric-tablecloths, beach towels, picnic rugs, maybe even a dress… too cute for a table setting 👀 I think not!! 💁🏼‍♀️

FLOWERING

Painted this with the inspo of how orchids grow slow, inward and in their own time.

They don’t rush toward the light, or their full growth, they just keep growing towards it.

“Flowering” is about that kind of growth.

The alignment you find before anyone can see it, a reminder to keep growing quietly, in your own time, at your own pace.

Trusting yourself enough to let everything unfold, even in uncertainty!

Authentically pink🐚🐚🐚🐚

Pink isn’t soft for me.

It’s the color of showing up as her- unfinished, undone, working hard and still figuring her shit out.

There are always good things coming, forever evolving, forever making goals and forever creating. ✨🧚🏻‍♂️🌞🔮

BUTT the present moment is all we have.
There is never a time when your life is not “this moment”.

Time isn’t precious at all, time in fact, well it’s an illusion.

What is precious is the point out of time, which is the now!

The more you are focused on time -past and future- the more you miss the now, the most precious thing of all to evolve, glow from the inside out, make connections and live life at your highest potential🧚🏻‍♂️🐢🫶🏽🌺🤌🏽📸🐚
