Finally trying one of the top AYCE Korean bbq spots near Seattle, @palacekbbq in federal way. Was so surprised by how high quality the cuts of meat were, and that premium cuts like ribeye and bone-in short ribs are included for AYCE. The rib meat was one of my favourites too. They also have a huge selection of side dishes that are included, and you can’t go wrong with any of them. Some of my favourites were the kimbap, corn cheese, tofu soup, and cold noodles. Even the banchan was super fresh and had all the options you could think off. Federal way is known for Korean food, and this spot is definitely worth the trip 🥩🔥

If you’re looking for Thai food in Seattle that combines authentic flavours with a healthier twist, check out Thai Lucine in Capitol Hill! From their fresh ingredients to their house made sauces, it’s a great spot for modern Thai comfort food. I really liked their massaman curry chicken and soups, so flavourful and comforting. They also have smoothies that are healthy like Berry Galaxy, Cloud, and Matcha-cado.

Plus, right now, orders over $50 get delivery for just $4.99 instead of the regular $10.50!

What we tried:
-cod and chips
-chicken wrap
-Tom yum soup
-beef soup
-Tom yum shrimp salad
-massaman curry chicken
-dipping sauces ( green curry, Tom yum, massaman, larb, sriracha)
-smoothies (berry galaxy, cloud, matcha-cado)

Is this the best poke place near Seattle?! This is Ono Poke in Edmonds, WA. There wasn’t a wait when we went but I heard they can get long. We got salmon and ahi but definitely want to try the hamachi next time. Everything was super fresh and the large could feed 2 people. They have a lot of options and daily specials so I would say it’s worth a try!

What we ordered:
-large poke with miso salmon and spicy ahi, comes with rice or salad and 1 side, we chose edamame $26

Come with me to AYCE hot pot near Seattle at Shabu Zone in Federal Way! It’s Japanese-style shabu shabu where you choose your own broth, with a huge selection of meats, seafood, noodles, veggies, banchan, and more. My favourite meats had to be the Wagyu chuck and prime rib. Then definitely don’t skip the ice cream station with all the toppings like mochi and condensed milk 🍲🍨 @shabuzone_federalway

if you’re heading to Olympic National Park you have to stop by The fish & crab shack in Port Angeles. They’re known for their whole fresh dungeness crabs, and have a bunch of other seafood too. The location is right on the water by the ferry so makes for a nice vibe too 🦀🌊🌲
