The last few years have changed me.

What I value,
what I pursue,
& what I consider a life well lived.

I certainly haven’t mastered any of these areas —
but I know the process of sanctification continues
until the day we meet our maker.

I think that’s where my biggest fear has lied on here,
what’s kept me from sharing what I want to the most

— the fear of misrepresenting Christ.

But don’t want fear to keep me quiet anymore.

I want to keep pursuing holiness in the ordinary
places God has called me to,

alongside women who are on the same pursuit,

and are eager to extend grace and encouragement with
one another when we miss the mark.

If that’s you, please drop an emoji in the comments,
Thank you for being here!! 🫶🏻✨

If I’m being honest, 2 under 2 felt like the death of our marriage at one point.. however, what nearly broke us, made us stronger than ever. And it’s all thanks to God. ❤️🙏🏻

My perfect day?! Probably antique shopping in the real-life Hallmark town of Cashmere, Washington, with my mama! 🍂🤎🍁

Watch ‘til the end to see my new prized possession! 😍🏆

30 minutes a day. 3-4 days a week.

That’s my minimum commitment to strength training, and it’s made all the difference.

The other 3 days I’m still moving my body, going on walks, playing with my kids, and staying active, just without structured weight training.

While I’ve noticed changes in my physical strength and health, the biggest transformation has been in my mindset.

My mood improved, my thinking became more positive, and I genuinely started enjoying motherhood more because I felt better.

Motherhood is physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding. Taking care of my body has helped me better navigate those demands.

Feeling stronger and healthier has changed the way I experience motherhood, it’s a win/win!!

Please slow down, these are the best days of my life…

Joy isn’t the absence of sorrow. It’s the presence of hope in Christ, even in the midst of suffering, disappointment, uncertainty, and hardship.

Learning this has changed the way I experience life.

Finding contentment in motherhood, even on the exhausting, “overstimulating” days.

Recognizing God’s goodness in my marriage, even when it requires patience, humility, and forgiveness.

Choosing to praise God, even when prayers aren’t answered the way I expected.

And remembering that my identity and security aren’t found in how well my life is going, but in Christ alone.

The more I learn to fix my eyes on Jesus instead of my circumstances, the more I realize I don’t have to wait for life to look a certain way to experience His goodness.

I watched a friend give her life to Christ today. 🙌🏼🕊️🤍✨

“He’s been sitting on the porch
Awaiting your arrival
You never left His heart
He’s always thinking of you
He’ll come running out to meet you
And throw His arms around you
He’s a forgiving God”

This is what it’s all about, friends.
This is the only thing that matters.
