I mean BUSINESS!!!

this past year has been full of a lot of small wins. From getting my real estate license to being invited to have my art in art shows…. A lot of small wins.

lately I’ve been working towards accomplishing much bigger goals. The universe has been speaking to me very clearly letting me know that something big is coming soon. I’m ready!!!

I will be wealthy and able to take care of my family the right way!

I am speaking this into existence! The small battles have been one and I was trying to win a war!

🏡✨ DFW HOMEBUYERS, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! 🔑🔥

Sometimes the best opportunities come from unexpected invitations! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the Mic Up Event hosted by William Ryan Homes at Wildflower Ranch in Justin, TX, and when I tell y’all they understood the assignment, I mean EVERYTHING! 🎤✨

From the amazing hospitality, food, prizes, and networking to getting professionally mic’d up and filmed, this was such a great experience! But what excited me most was learning about the beautiful new construction homes, available inventory, and opportunities I can bring back to my buyers!

🏡 LET’S TALK AVAILABLE HOMES!

📍 Wildflower Ranch | Justin/Fort Worth, TX

✨ Move-in-ready and upcoming new construction homes

✨ 3–5 bedroom floor plans

✨ Homes starting in the mid $400Ks, with additional inventory in the $500Ks

✨ Beautiful community amenities, including a resort-style lazy river, playground, trails, and dog park!

💰 AND LET’S TALK BUILDER INCENTIVES!

One thing I want my future homeowners to understand is that the advertised price isn’t always the entire story! Depending on the builder, home, financing, and current promotions, there may be opportunities for closing cost assistance, interest rate incentives, or other savings.

And that’s where having YOUR OWN REALTOR® representing YOUR interests becomes so important! 🔑

My job is to help you explore your options, understand the numbers, compare builder opportunities, negotiate where possible, and navigate the process from contract to closing.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone, and you certainly don’t have to walk into a model home without representation!

💐 A special THANK YOU to Billie Smith (@billie_william_ryan_homes) for the invitation and such a wonderful experience! And a huge shoutout to @williamryanhomes_dallas and A&R Digital Media Creatives for putting together an event that truly supports Realtors and helps us better serve our clients!

My 20s taught me lessons I couldn’t have learned any other way. My 30s are teaching me how to APPLY those lessons, move with intention, and build the life I’ve always envisioned. ❤️

One thing I know for sure is that it’s NEVER too late to start, grow, reinvent yourself, or chase something bigger! Time is going to pass regardless, so you might as well make every season count. The goal isn’t to have it all figured out. It’s to keep becoming someone your future self will thank you for! 🥂✨

🚨 DALLAS IS NOT JUST GROWING… IT’S MAKING A STATEMENT! 🏙️🔥

Look around! All this construction, all these new developments, all these companies moving into the Dallas-Fort Worth area… you think that’s happening by accident? 👀

FOLLOW THE MONEY. FOLLOW THE DEVELOPMENT. FOLLOW THE OPPORTUNITY! 💰

Dallas-Fort Worth is already the 4th largest metropolitan area in the United States, putting us in the same conversation as New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago!

📈 Over 8.4 MILLION people call DFW home.

🏢 More than 100 corporate headquarters have relocated to DFW since 2018.

🏗️ Major companies are investing MILLIONS, and in some cases BILLIONS, into developments, facilities, and future opportunities across North Texas.

And here’s what I want y’all to understand…

Companies don’t make these kinds of investments without seeing potential. Builders don’t keep building without anticipating demand. And people don’t keep relocating here without a reason!

Now, does that mean every investment is guaranteed to pay off? Of course not. But the bigger picture is hard to ignore.

Dallas isn’t just preparing for the future. WE ARE BUILDING IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES! 🔥

And whether you’re looking to buy, sell, lease, relocate, invest, start a business, or simply get connected to the right people…

CALL ME! 📲

Real estate or NOT! I believe in being a RESOURCE, not just a REALTOR®.

Because it’s not just about WHERE you live. It’s about the OPPORTUNITIES you create while you’re here!

OFF-MARKET. UNDER CONTRACT. BOTH SIDES. 🔥

Another one secured on Drayton Dr. in Irving, TX — and this one is special.

This property was never publicly listed. No MLS launch. No open house. No big marketing campaign.

Just relationships, strategy, negotiation… and execution.

I had the opportunity to represent both the buyer and the seller in this private transaction, while negotiating strong terms for my seller at a price above the home’s prior appraised value.

That’s the part people don’t always see.

Real estate isn’t just about putting a sign in the yard. It’s about knowing how to create opportunities, connect the right people, protect your clients’ interests, and get the deal across the finish line.

And sometimes the best deals never hit the market at all.

There is something powerful about being trusted with one of the biggest decisions in someone’s life. This wasn’t just another transaction. This was a shift, a new beginning, a real life upgrade. Watching Stephanie step into her new chapter reminded me exactly why I do this. Real estate isn’t just about houses, it’s about legacy, stability, and changing the trajectory of someone’s life.

And this one hit even deeper because I was able to pour love into her closing gift. I created a custom epoxy resin piece with a beautiful photo of her and her baby, and layered memories on the back… her and her baby, and even her and her mom when she was a baby. That’s legacy. That’s generations. That’s what this is really about.

I’m beyond grateful to be in a position where I can guide, support, and help make moments like this happen. Congratulations again Stephanie, you did that 💫🏡 @bella_wuuu by @ashleetheagent

Clear to close… but BABY what we went through to get here?? 😭

When I say we FOUGHT for this house, I mean blood, sweat, tears, underwriting, more documents, and “just one more thing” emails at 8pm 😩
But guess what… WE MADE IT 🏡✨

If you need an agent that’s not folding under pressure, I’m her. Let’s get you home.

It’s all worth it when the lender says “Clear to close”

Good morning my good people! Let's make this day great!

My life is a big private party. Ain't nobody here but me, my angels, and my testimony saying baby look how far we've come.

God is the greatest and he made me so good.

Thankful, grateful, and gracious.
