Ooo baby baby! Did my first 5k, one month after my first 10k...who am I becoming!? ✨️🙌🏾My goal was to finish in 45 mins.👀 Darlings, I finished 38:23!I wouldn't have been able to do this without my @kor4elitefitness coaches (@shancrawford19 and @cdstroud108) and #530crewWhen I was diagnosed with Lupus at the end of 2023, I truly felt defeated. I had to relearn my body, its limits and how to manage my own comparative expectations. So when making my vision board for 2026, I told myself that I was using this year to reclaim my body and redefine what I can accomplish with it. 💜I've got a long way to go, but I'm excited and pumped to be the best holistic version of myself again! by @ashleielise
