I made sure that everyone got their pictures with Jonathan in his uniform at his Basic Training and AIT Graduations, except me. I finally got mine with him at his Mobilization Ceremony, and again when I dropped him off to leave. We always knew deployments were a possibility, just never expected it only 9 months after he finished AIT. Oh, and I have now been at 2 National Guard events that the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. At least this time wasn’t 3am and we weren’t on the 10th floor… by @ashleigh0913

This crazy kid turned 9 today!!! We took him to Wet ‘n’ Wild Emerald Point, per his request, so no pictures, because water and regular cameras don’t mix. Then we enjoyed Krispy Kreme donuts. {I’m exhausted 🥱} by @ashleigh0913

This is one of my “happy places” to take pictures. This was one of the stops on our Texas vacation. This is in the rose garden at the Silos at Magnolia. I also want to let everyone know that my Etsy shop peaceanddelightphoto is officially open!!!!!! Go check it out! Tell your friends!

He did it! Jonathan graduated from AIT at Fort Gordon today! Being the photographer, I yet again did not get a picture with him in his uniform.🤦🏻‍♀️ by @ashleigh0913

I’m pretty proud of how this little project turned out. It was a bit frustrating at times, and still needs some touch ups, but it will be nice in the front hallway. by @ashleigh0913

It is technically still Fall! Why is it snowing AGAIN?!?! I mean it’s just flurries and you have to squint to see some of the flakes, but come on! This will make the 3rd time in a week. I live too far north. I need warm sunshine! by @ashleigh0913

Scored some free tickets to see The Outsiders at DPAC. Calleigh is super excited. Okay, me too, it’s been a while since I have seen a show. by @ashleigh0913

What a craptastic way to start a Monday! The deer, may have been a small buck, came out of nowhere. Calleigh still made it to school on time. I looked for the deer on the way back home, but I didn’t see it. I’m sure glad we weren’t in the Camry. It would be a different story. by @ashleigh0913
