Expedition #2!!!!
Captain Hook and the lost boys!!! So grateful for my pack and every single person who pushed me beyond what I could imagine possible. I started expedition with a fear, that I would be the burden of the pack, but God showed me the true body of Christ through my pack. From every single obstacle, to the in between, they were by my side pushing me, encouraging me. My goal was to do at least 5 obstacles, and I finished all the obstacles. I finished only because they believed in me, they didn’t let me give up. Especially when it got hard, they showed up, and for that I am eternally grateful. I couldn’t have done it without them. This team truly was divine!! Thankful for people who became family, MAROON4L!
🏃‍♀️

Also thank you to our pack leads, Lauren and Bryant. Without you guys leading the we couldn’t have done it. Bryant, thank you for believing in me, especially when I didn’t! Lauren, thank you for being with me almost every step of the way. I am so grateful for you guys. 🤍

WE CAN DO HARD THINGS!!! I CAN DO HARD THINGS!!!! 💪
IN MY WEAKNESS HE IS STRONG!!!!

I am always in awe that I get to be a part of this room. This year the theme was Godspeed. When I thought of that word I never truly understood what it meant. Does it mean to go slow or faster? Run or walk? There are so many definitions to it honestly.

When in reality it’s about being FULLY in step with God’s timing. That’s hard. So many times I want things on my timing when they weren’t even in His plans for me in the first place. In all honesty it’s human nature.

Yet that’s where our good and faithful, loving father comes in. He not only allow us to catch up, no, he sets the timeline and walks faithfully with us the whole way. He catches me when I fall, gives me strength, and teaches me to go at his speed. That may be slow or fast depending on the season, but the whole way through he’s with me.

So I’m going GODSPEED. ❤️‍🔥 taken in The BJCC by @ashley.mcc2

From the beginning of this trip his hand was evident. Being back home and getting to serve, was the biggest blessing, one I could’ve never written any better, the Lord always knows best! With the people I love and in my home, the Lord abundantly blessed me more than I could have ever imagined. Also getting the opportunity to bring Shayla, was something I’d been praying for a long time. The Lord really does know the desires of our hearts 🤍😆I learned SO much and the Lord showed me so many things . Thank you so much to everyone who gave to this trip, your giving made an impact not only in my life but also in the children’s. This is not a bye, but a see you later ❤️‍🔥 taken in Orphanage Emmanuel, Guaimaca Honduras by @ashley.mcc2
