140 pounds down — but the real weight I’ve lost can’t be measured on a scale.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with my weight. I’ve battled insecurity, doubt, and the belief that I’d never feel good in my own skin.

I made the decision to have weight loss surgery because I wanted a chance to take my life back — and that was only the beginning.

This journey has been full of ups and downs, plateaus and breakthroughs, and moments that brought me to tears. But every single step has been worth it.

I’m not done yet — but I’m finally learning to love the girl in the mirror. Not because she’s smaller… but because she never gave up. 💪💖

Heaviest weight to most recent! I’m currently down 130lbs and ready to kick it up a notch! I recently started personal training with @leighannword and I am so pumped to see my results from working with her! Many of you know I have been consistently doing her strength training boot camp and dance classes but now I’m ready to really hit it! I am so proud of the progress I have made. If I can do this, anyone can!! Take control of your life and make your health a priority! Still feeling so loved after my bridal shower. 💕 It was the perfect “Lucky in Love” celebration for our Vegas wedding, and I’ll never forget it.

A huge thank you to Carrie for putting so much time, love, and thought into making everything so special. You truly made me feel celebrated. And thank you to everyone else who helped, decorated, planned, brought food, and spent the day with me. It meant more than you’ll ever know.
