Here is a little background about who I am, how I found yoga, and what to expect when you take a class with me!✨💓

Ashley Revollo, a Miami native, model and actress earned her BA in Psychology at Florida International University, which sparked an interest in mental health and mindfulness.
She became a devoted yogi in 2010, earning her 200 hr RYT certification in 2020 through Ahana Yoga and completed her training with yoga teacher Mimi Ghandour of Mimi Yoga.
As a dedicated mother, her unique classes blend traditional vinyasa with powerful elements, focusing on meditation, mindfulness, movement, and uplifting messages leaving students feeling more connected, supported, energized, and inspired.

Jungle Island is such a gem for an afternoon adventure with kids! So much of the park is tucked under these huge canopy trees, creating this lush jungle feel with tons of shade even on the hottest summer day it was really enjoyable 🌴

One of the coolest playgrounds we’ve been to. A childhood treehouse dream! Flamingos, sloths, tortoises, iguanas roaming around, macaws flying overhead + summer water slides 💦

We ended our day at Space Bounce 🚀 located on the 3rd floor of the main building for some bouncing and AC and still felt like there was so much more we could’ve done!

Such a fun little adventure right here in Miami the whole family can enjoy ☀️🌴🦥

I get asked all the time what is Yogilates? 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you ask me it’s the beautiful space between yoga and Pilates. Some days we lean a little more into yoga, some days a little more into Pilates, and some days we add a touch of sculpt. No two classes are exactly the same, but the intention is always the same:

My version of when they say “Nap when the baby naps.” What that means to me is “Choose YOU when the baby naps!”

I cant express how important it is for a mother to pour back into herself. Movement is how I do that. It helps me feel strong and soft. Confident and humbled. Balanced and present all at once. So yes… the dishes can wait. When you choose you, you show up a happier you! 😊

Motherhood is a sacrifice that has given me purpose beyond anything I have ever felt, but you can’t lose yourself in the process. Yoga continues to help me find myself over and over again. Don’t forget to find something you love to do. I am just grateful that what I love also brings me peace 🤍
