The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo
Audiobook- Libby
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Yeah so The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo is absolutely perfect no notes. Evelyn is one of the most real, raw, and unforgettable characters I’ve ever read. All the characters felt so so real!! This book changed something in me. If there’s a book that even comes close to this one I need to know about it.

You Made A Fool of Death With Your Beauty
Audiobook- Libby
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

I loved the vibe of this book so much!! it was giving traumatic How Stella Got Her Groove Back in the best way. Feyi’s relationship with her best friend Joy was everything their bond brought so much heart to the story. The characters (especially the side ones) were so well rounded. Let’s talk about the drama(we all know I love the drama) this is advertised as a boyfriend’s dad romance, but I didn’t get that as she was never in a romantic relationship with the son. Other than that, I highly recommend this and really enjoyed it!

Give me a book where the FMC stays strong and wants to burn everyone down in her path! Cause I need that🫶

Heartless Hunters
Audiobook- Libby ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Wow!! I really enjoyed this book! The world was so cool and Rune out here saying “damn the man damn the patriarchy” and actually doing something about it? We love a witch saving, mind game playing queen. Her cat and mouse dynamic with Gideon was such a good time and the audiobook? Chef kiss so good—I seriously can’t wait to listen to book 2!

Such Sharp Teeth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
Audiobook- Libby
Rec from @zombiepandabooks

I enjoyed this one a lot and this book is basically a werewolf story with body horror and emotional baggage👍🏻 Rory comes home to help her pregnant sister, gets mauled, and now has to deal with being both a monster and a mess. If you like your horror gross and your characters chaotic you’re in for a treat.Enjoy the skin tearing I guess.😂

What you’ll find in Such Sharp Teeth:
-reluctant return home
-sibling drama
-dark humor
-body horror

Happy Friday Friends!

QOTD: you have to pick a partner for The Hunger Games who do you pick? I’m picking my girl Katniss every time! Baby refuses to get got. But I love me some Haymitch 😭

Sunrise on The Reaping
Audiobook: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

This one was an emotionally gut-wrenching journey that hits hard even when you know the outcome. As someone who has loved The Hunger Games series since it came out getting a glimpse into Haymitch’s Games was both an amazing and heartbreaking experience! The pain of knowing the inevitable outcome didn’t make it any easier to read it actually made the emotional toll even heavier. Suzanne collins ability to deliver such a raw and powerful story is a testament to her storytelling mastery. This one is gonna stay with me for a long time.

Happy Friday Eve folks!!

What’s a book you read that was wild as hell and demented af but in like….a fun way? Lol

Butcher & Blackbird by Brynne Weaver
Audiobook: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

This shit is a wild ride lol a smutty, funny and downright deranged story that’s impossible to put down. The characters are messy, their choices outrageous as hell but the humor and chaos make it a genuinely fun read that’s as twisted as it is entertaining. If you’re looking for something bold and unhinged this one’s a rollercoaster! The audiobook was great it had Dual POV the narrators really brought this one to life for me and our MMC is Irish and the voice actor did a phenomenal job!

🎧The Last Housewife by Ashley Winstead

⭐️⭐️⭐️✨/5

SEX CULT!? This was a tough one to rate. The first 40% had me kinda unsure if I liked it, but the second half really pulled me in. I think I just have listened to audiobooks that had podcasts in them that did it better. Overall I did enjoy it even if I’m still not sure how I feel about the whole thing. The ending was so good and shocking so I’m leaning toward a recommended book.
