Ya’ll I’ve tried this so many times and still don’t understand the full concept it’s like I do but I don’t and my ADHD 🧠 be running with so many thoughts I can’t get through it lol so this is a true testament to what be going on for real! Hey Good People! 💜

Your girl is officially 5 months post-op from gastric bypass surgery, and what a journey it has been! Every day isn’t easy, and some days require a little more grace than others, but I can honestly say this has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made for my health.

I’m learning that true wealth starts with health, and I’m so grateful and blessed to be on this path. One of my favorite things to do is take a trip down memory lane and look back at old pictures. Sometimes I have to do a double-take and remind myself just how far I’ve come! 😅

This journey has taught me that progress isn’t always perfect, but it is possible. And while I’m still growing, learning, and adjusting, life feels like it’s just beginning. Here’s to becoming healthier, stronger, and more aligned with the life God has for me.

Keep going, Good People. The journey is worth it. ✨

Hey Good People!!! Some days are just harder than others!! This was one of them!! I was super tired and didn’t want to even be in the gym but I also know the sacrifices I’ve made over the last 5 months shoot the last year rather and I don’t want any of that to be wasted so I keep pushing!!

Let me say this so those who judge can know “Surgery IS NOT THE EASY WAY OUT”…. It was just the way I chose to give me a healthier longer lifestyle, but I have to put in the work!!!…

Well let me get back to it! 🙏🏾❤️
