Retreat registration is officially open!

I’ve been having so many conversations with women who are feeling it—that pull to step away, to reset and have a blast along the way.

So here it is.

Two Inner Alchemy retreats:
✨September 25–27 → Restore Retreat (Potosi, Wisconsin)
✨January 28–February 1 → Sayulita Retreat (Mexico)

Both are intentionally small.
Both are designed to fill your soul.

Early bird pricing is now live, and spots are limited.

If you’ve been feeling the pull, take it from me and listen.Ā

Unapologetically Yours Podcast is now Inner Alchemy with Ashley Logan. Let’s face it. My ADHD brain needed some brand consolidation, which has felt GREAT.

But this change is also a level-up. Unapologetically Yours started because I needed to use my voice. I *HAD* to do it. And now, the Inner Alchemy Show is a new chapter.

Inner Alchemy is a podcast for the dreamers, the doers, and the high-performing women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and rewrite the narrative about what’s possible.

Here we talk about everything from nervous system regulation to purpose, parenting, relationships, and the deeper work of coming back home to yourself.

Because so many of us were handed a script for what life is supposed to look like. But real transformation begins when you start listening to what’s actually true for you.

The first two episodes of Inner Alchemy are live now!

In these first episodes, I’m sharing the story behind Inner Alchemy, the journey that led me here, and the moment I realized I had made thousands of tiny compromises that slowly pulled me away from myself.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself… you’re in the right place.

Welcome to Inner Alchemy.
Welcome home.

After 10+ years of running @yakketyyak312 , I’m stepping into something new.

(Takes a deep breath)

In 2014 I founded Yakkety Yak, a content marketing agency, with nothing but a dream and a whole lot of ambition…and then grew the company to more than 30 people at its peak, with multi-seven figures of revenue.

I have employed dozens of people over the last 10+ years. I have run payroll every two weeks since my first hire in 2014. I have held the vision, led the sales team, worn every hat in the organization, made 10,000 mistakes. But every single day I showed up.

And now it’s time to pass the baton.

After months of collaborating behind the scenes and about two years of exploratory conversations, Yakkety Yak is officially joining forces with David James Company (@davidjamesgroup), an award-winning communications group that shares our passion for mission-driven work.

Together, Yakkety Yak and DJC form a team that listens. A team that thoughtfully creates. A team that is accountable. And I love the thought of that.

And while most things about the agency will stay the same, my day-to-day is going to change. Yes, I’ll still be doing the work I love—leading high-level content strategy and building partnerships with organizations doing meaningful work.

But it also opens up space for the things I’ve been longing to focus more of my time and energy on:

Things like writing and podcasting; workshops and retreats; and coaching and mentorship work. And, most importantly, getting to spend more time with my three incredible children.

And that feels really, really good.

If you’ve been part of the Yakkety Yak community, whether as a client, collaborator, friend, or follower, thank you. SO many people have shown up for me over the years, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It’s been a wild ride. But I am so proud.

We are all managing so much. From seemingly small things like always being connected to our devices to carrying grief and heartache that we never have a moment of space to tend to, it’s easy to disappear into the demands of your day-to-day. Which is why it’s so important to intentionall create even small moments ourselves. Whatever you are doing, take a brief moment to pause and take 2-3 intentional breaths.

And if you’re looking for the most comfortable clothes to wear while you hit the reset button, I’m loving @jalaclothing. Use the code ā€œAshleyā€ to take 20% off your next order. Link in bio.

In the moments of grief, growth, stillness and surrender, the universe will speak to us. It might be a voice telling you to move. It might be an urge to pick up a paintbrush. It could be a sudden need to sing. It might be an overwhelming need to scream into a pillow or finally let yourself cry. Whatever it is, I believe this is God whispering medicine in our ears. So when you don’t know what to do, when the grief feels heavy, tune in. And follow the breadcrumbs. Your soul knows the way. by @ashleydlogan

If you’ve been feeling lost, listless or disconnected lately, I’m not surprised. Life is heavy and MANY of us carry the same pressures and insecurities, regardless of age, regardless of gender. But I will say, after working with different groups of young women over the last year. I especially know those voices are extra loud in girls and the pressure starts early.

We worry about offending people, so we don’t speak our truth. We’re afraid of trying something new and being bad at it. We’re scared to ask for help because we don’t want to be inconvenient. Eventually, we get so tangled in the web of other people’s expectations that we lose the thread back to ourselves.

But the pathway back home is universal, too. Creativity. Nature. Play. Rest. Movement. Asking for help. Taking up space. Leaning on each other. It’s important to remember that we ALL need to feel a sense of belonging. The secret, though, is that belonging comes from within. And often, breaking those old habits starts with the simplest of actions Save this for the days you need a way back. And comment ā€œGUIDEā€ for a list of 10 hyper-specific things you can do to make space to hear your own voice again. by @ashleydlogan

Retreats aren’t about escaping your life, they are about creating space within yourself to live with more intention. Travel has the same effect. Last year, I needed a reset and took a trip to Sayulita and absolutely fell in love. I flew into Puerto Vallerta and once I crossed into the town known as ā€œmagical village,ā€ I knew I NEEDED to bring a group here. You deserve a trip where you can experience the culture, let loose AND connect with yourself more deeply. That’s what I created with the Ignite Retreat.

If this speaks to you, let’s talk. Limited space available but the impact is…well, limitless. January 28-Feb 1. Listen to that voice that says YES!! 😘😘😘 taken in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico by @ashleydlogan

I created Ignite for the women I see every day who are holding EVERYTHING together, while assuring themselves that one day things will calm down. That woman was ME. Then, last January, I took a solo trip to Sayulita and fell in love. I knew there was no better place to bring a group of women than this charming beach town. I found La Joya Sayulita, a boutique hotel with incredible rooms and amenities, because I wanted the women who said YES to have the experience they so deserve.

So this is my invitation to you. Come rest, play and remember who you are. My hope is that you return home feeling more alive, connected and nourished, with the kiss of sunshine on your cheeks (what else do you need in January?!). But seriously, more than anything... I want you to come home feeling more at ease in every area of your life.

Say yes by October 30 and your retreat comes with a private one-hour beach massage and a 1:1 coaching session with me after we get home. Comment RETREAT and I’ll send you all the details.

It’s an all-new ep, with Mary and @ashleydlogan getting into the wild weirdness of midlife dating: sober first dates, the supremacy of Hinge, and trying to figure out who is actually behind the dating profile. They unpack body count discourse, sexual double standards, porn-fueled expectations, dating as a single mom, and why honest conversations about intimacy are long overdue.

Don’t miss any eps this season! Hit the link in bio to subscribe or add us on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you get your pods to come along for the ride.

Have a question for Mary? Think you’d make a great guest? Hit the bio to leave us a voicemail for your chance to be featured on the show!

Last January, I took myself to Sayulita, and I’m not gonna lie, I had reservations about traveling totally alone to a place I’d never been, but I decided to listen to the whisper that said GO. The second I arrived, it felt like home. The energy was amazing, and I felt so safe. Every person was barefoot and greeting each other by name. I bought fresh coconut juice every day (among other things!). I made friends with strangers and heard stories from people all over the world. The town was so vibrant and beautiful.

One evening, riding a horse named Lobo on the beach at sunset, tears rolled down my cheeks. I felt so alive. I was so proud that I trusted myself and said yes to the whisper. And while I was there, the Ignite Retreat was born.

This January, I’m going back with a group of women. If you’ve been hearing a whisper of your own, listen to it.

One of the most liberating experiences of my adult life was learning about how ADHD presents in women. I recognized myself IMMEDIATELY in the symptoms. But I especially appreciated the people who reframed the ā€œdisorderā€ part to what is actually amazing about ADHD brains. Understanding it helped me see how my brain has actually been my secret sauce.

I’m not going to lie: there was also some grief that came from the times that I shamed myself for the ways my brain was different. But finding out how my brain was actually UNIQUE taught me how to love myself that much more. Even if I can’t close a cabinet or drawer to save my life.

If you’re newly diagnosed, or quietly wondering, I hope this helps you see your brain a little differently too. Because if you are in the same boat, it’s your gift as well. I talk more about this on Substack. Comment ā€œADHDā€ and I willl send you the link. #adhdawarenessmonth . by @ashleydlogan

✨ A little self-care, big dreams, and the sweetest girls’ brunch! šŸ„‚šŸŒø

Our Vision Board Year Brunch was such a special part of The Alexia Scholars’ Wellness Weekend! Some of our scholars were treated to a VIP spa experience at @vibescafe_lagrange before joining us for a private brunch at @woodenpaddle . We filled intention jars, shared so many delicious bites, and dreamed up the year ahead. šŸ’†šŸ½ā€ā™€ļøšŸ«–šŸ’«

We also celebrated a few of our amazing scholars (we’ll be sharing more about them throughout the month!), filmed content for the new AAC Tutoring website, and gave our girls time to connect and network. From @rhys_olivia joining us all the way from Maine to scholars representing Elmhurst, Naperville, and Hinsdale, it was a beautiful reminder of what happens when driven girls come together. šŸ¤

At The Alexia Scholars, we believe girls can compete—but leaders collaborate. That’s what we teach, and that’s what we’re building. 🌟

A heartfelt thank-you to Vibes Wellness Club for giving our scholars the VIP spa treatment and helping make this weekend unforgettable! šŸ’–
